ASSISTÊNCIA HUMANIZADA AO IDOSO POR INTERMÉDIO DA ENFERMAGEM
Objetivo: Analisar a produção cientifica sobre Assistência Humanizada ao Idoso por Intermédio da Enfermagem.Método: trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica cujos dados foram coletados entre março e outubro de 2021 na Scientific Eletronic Library Online, nos Manuais do Mistério da Saúde, Revistas científicas, Estatuto do Idoso e Organização Mundial da Saúde. Foram incluídos artigos publicados, em língua portuguesa (Brasil), disponíveis online e na íntegra. Foram excluídos os publicados em Inglês ou outro Idioma e que não tinha relevância com o tema. Resultados: encontraram-se 16 bibliografias nas bases selecionadas, onde o idoso necessita de uma atenção primordial na saúde, onde os profissionais devem qualificar seu atendimento para que ele seja humanizado desde o primeiro contato com o paciente, transparecendo confiança e liderança, assim, além de saber administrar sua profissão, ouvir e acolher o paciente. Conclusão: o enfermeiro é o profissional que tem o maior contato com o idoso, seja em uma consulta de rotina ou em outros serviços nos centros de saúde. Sendo assim, o acolhimento e a humanização têm importância fundamental para melhor contato do profissional com o paciente e a sua prestação de serviços ao idoso.

Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the scientific production on Humanized Care for the Elderly through Nursing.Method: this is a bibliographic review whose data were collected between March and October 2021 in the Scientific Electronic Library Online, in the Manuals of the Mystery of Health, Scientific Journals, Statute of the Elderly and World Health Organization. Articles published in Portuguese (Brazil) were included, available online and in full. Those published in English or another language were excluded and had no relevance to the theme. Results: 16 bibliographies were found in the selected databases, where the elderly need primary health care, where professionals must qualify their care so that they are humanized from the first contact with the patient, thus establishing trust and leadership, besides knowing how to manage their profession, listen and welcome the patient. Conclusion: the nurse is the professional who has the greatest contact with the elderly, either in a routine consultation or in other services in health centers. Thus, welcoming and humanization are of fundamental importance for better contact of the professional with the patient and their provision of services to the elderly.
