ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM OFERTADA AO PACIENTE COM CÂNCER EM TRATAMENTO QUIOMIOTERÁPICO
O principal questionamento que
norteia o estudo é se entender, como se
dá assistência de enfermagem ao paciente
oncológico em quimioterapia? Uma vez que o
uso das drogas quimioterápicas causa algumas
reações e podem ainda vir acrescida de eventos
adversos incluindo alguns efeitos colaterais.
Sobre essa ótica, o trabalho tem o objetivo
geral de compreender como dá assistência de
enfermagem ao paciente em uso de quimioterapia
e objetivos específicos, conhecer alguns dos
principais efeitos colaterais do paciente em uso
de quimioterapia e conhecer a toxidade das
drogas no organismo em uso de quimioterapia.
Este estudo apresentado, constitui uma revisão
bibliográfica que busca trabalhar a temática
assistência de enfermagem em oncologia
com foco no tratamento quimioterápico para
fortalecer a compreensão e discussão sobre o
tema. Desse modo, utilizou-se para a pesquisa
as bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana
e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS),
Scientific Eletrônic Library Online (SCIELO)
e National Library of Medicine (PUBMED).
Contudo, entende-se que o objetivo primário
da quimioterapia é de destruir células malignas
no entanto, muitas drogas não são seletivas e
destrói demais células tendo ainda um alto grau
de toxidade abrindo abas a efeitos colaterais
e eventos adversos, e ainda, a resistência
da célula as drogas. Com isso, a assistência
de enfermagem deve acontecer de forma
integral, incluindo sua família e não apenas
focada no assistir/intervir no âmbito hospitalar.
Em suma, concluísse que os profissionais
detém conhecimento sobre as drogas quimioterápicas e como intervir, no entanto, a
sobrecarga de trabalho é um fator que dificulta o envolvimento intimo com o paciente
emocionalmente abalado.

Abstract:
The main question that guides the study is to understand, how is
nursing care given to cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy? Since the use of
chemotherapy drugs causes some reactions and may even come with adverse events
including some side effects. From this perspective, the work has the general objective
of understanding how it provides nursing care to patients on chemotherapy and specific
objectives, to know some of the main side effects of patients on chemotherapy and
to know the toxicity of drugs in the body using chemotherapy. This study presents a
bibliographic review that seeks to work on the theme nursing care in oncology focusing
on chemotherapy treatment to strengthen the understanding and discussion on the
subject. Thus, the databases used were Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences
Literature (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) and National
Library of Medicine (PUBMED). However, it is understood that the primary goal of
chemotherapy is to destroy malignant cells however, many drugs are not selective and
destroy too many cells still having a high degree of toxicity opening tabs to side effects
and adverse events, and resistance to Cell the drugs. Thus, nursing care should happen
in its entirety, including your family and not just focused on assisting / intervening in
the hospital environment. In short, it was concluded that professionals have knowledge
about chemotherapy drugs and how to intervene, however, work overload is a factor
that hinders the intimate involvement with the emotionally shaken patient.
