ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM NO SERVIÇO DE ATENDIMENTO MOVÉL DE URGÊNCIA FRENTE AO PACIENTE POLITRAUMATIZADO
Introdução: O Serviço de atendimento móvel de urgência ampara toada a população, principalmente em casos envolvendo traumas, onde necessita de diversos profissionais devidamente capacitados, entre eles o enfermeiro, contribuindo de forma positiva e eficaz para o perspectivo quando clinico minimizando maiores agravos. Objetivo: Destacar a importância da qualificação dos profissionais de enfermagem para assistência pré-hospitalar diante paciente politraumatizado. Metodo: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa. Utilizando Qualidade da assistência AND Enfermagem AND SAMU. Optou-se por incluir estudos realizados nos últimos 05 anos, nos idiomas inglês e português, que estivessem disponíveis gratuitamente e completos. Foram excluídas duplicatas, cartas ao autor, Monografias, teses, dissertações, pesquisas com animais e revisões de literatura. Resultados: Dos 6 artigos selecionados, quatro foram publicados no ano de 2015, e os demais no ano de 2017. Todos os estudos foram publicados em diferentes periódicos sendo eles: Resuscitation, Rev Esc Enferm USP, Rev Enferm UFSM, Rev Min Enferm, Journal of trauma nursing e Rev enferm UFPE. Os estudos destacam a influência da estrutura organizacional e física na assistência, ressaltando também a importância de capacitação profissional para assistência neste serviço de alta complexidade. Conclusão: Foi possivel identificar a importância do enfermeiro diante a assistência ao paciente politraumatizado e o seu papel frente a assistência prestada no contexto pré-hospitalar, bem como destacar a importância de um enfermeiro qualificado para otimização da assistência.

Abstract:
Introduction: The Mobile Emergency Care Service supports the population, especially in cases involving trauma, where it needs several trained professionals, including the nurse, contributing positively and effectively to the perspective when clinical minimizing major injuries. Objective: To highlight the importance of qualifying nursing professionals for prehospital care in the case of polytrauma patients. Method: This is an integrative review. Using Quality of Care AND Nursing AND SAMU. We chose to include studies conducted in the last 05 years, in English and Portuguese, which were available for free and complete. Duplicates, letters to the author, monographs, theses, dissertations, animal research and literature reviews were excluded. Results: Of the 6 selected articles, four were published in 2015, and the others in 2017. All studies were published in different journals: Resuscitation, Rev Esc Enferm USP, Rev Enferm UFSM, Rev Min Enferm, Journal of trauma nursing and Rev enferm UFPE. The studies highlight the influence of the organizational and physical structure on care, also highlighting the importance of professional training to assist in this highly complex service. Conclusion: It was possible to identify the importance of nurses in relation to polytraumatized patient care and their role in relation to care provided in the prehospital context, as well as highlighting the importance of a qualified nurse for the optimization of care.
