Assistência de Enfermagem no Alojamento Conjunto
O Recém Nascido (RN) é considerado com até 28 dias de vida. O RN a termo possui Idade Gestacional (IG) entre 37 e 41 semanas e 6 dias, com boa vitalidade, capacidade de sucção, controle térmico, peso superior a 2000g, ápgar maior que seis no quinto minuto de vida está apto para o Sistema de Alojamento Conjunto (SAC). O Alojamento Conjunto (AC) é um sistema hospitalar no qual o RN sadio, após o nascimento, permanece ao lado da mãe 24 horas por dia até a alta hospitalar, onde são prestados os devidos cuidados de enfermagem e orientação à genitora sobre a saúde do binômio mãe-filho. Objetivou-se com esse trabalho analisar e incluir as evidências relacionadas à assistência prestada ao Recém Nascido, assim como a puérpera, no Alojamento Conjunto. Esse estudo trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de materiais produzidos e sistematizados, no qual foram utilizadas as seguintes bases de dados: Scielo, BIREME, LILACS, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde; MEDLINE, BDENF, publicações do Ministério da Saúde, Periódicos da Capes e Acervo da Biblioteca Central Jacinto Uchôa. A partir dos estudos foi possível analisar que os cuidados mais prevalentes foram: higiene do Recém Nascido, promoção do aleitamento materno, termorregulação, troca de fraldas e cuidado com o coto umbilical, educação em saúde, promoção de vínculos, lavagem das roupas e produtos utilizados, promoção das ações multiprofissionais, prevenção de eventuais problemas, exame físico, avaliação do estado geral do RN, higiene oral pós-mamada, imunização, puericultura e o banho de ofurô. Dessa forma, os estudos que possuem cuidados propriamente ditos, não são detalhados e exclusivos, têm mínimos ou apenas um cuidado e não há evidências cientificas que tratem dos cuidados gerais no Alojamento Conjunto, e diante da relevância da temática, nota-se a carência de pesquisas atuais sobre o tema.

Abstract:
The Newborn (RN) is considered to be up to 28 days old. The term NB has a Gestational Age (GA) between 37 and 41 weeks and 6 days, with good vitality, suction capacity, thermal control, weight greater than 2000g, agar greater than six in the fifth minute of life is fit for the Joint Accommodation (SAC). From the studies it was possible to analyze that the most prevalent care was: hygiene of the newborn, promotion of breastfeeding, thermoregulation, diaper change and care for the umbilical stump, health education, promotion of bonds, washing of clothes and products used, promotion of multiprofessional actions, prevention of possible problems, physical examination, assessment of the newborn's general condition, oral hygiene after breastfeeding, immunization, childcare and the hot tub. Thus, studies that have proper care, are not detailed and exclusive, have minimum or only one care and there is no scientific evidence that deals with general care in the Joint Accommodation, and given the relevance of the theme, there is a lack of current research on the topic.
