ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM NA PREVENÇÃO E TRATAMENTO DO PÉ DIABÉTICO EM IDOSOS: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA.
Introdução: A Diabetes Mellitus
(DM) é uma enfermidade metabólica crônica
decorrente de falhas da secreção de insulina,
hormônio gerado pelo pâncreas, e que
é responsável pelo equilíbrio do nível de
glicose no sangue. Dentre várias possíveis
complicações da doença, existe a incidência
do pé diabético, que é responsável pelo grande
número de internações e morbimortalidade.
Objetivo: Identificar na literatura científica
a assistência de enfermagem na prevenção
e tratamento do pé diabético em idosos no
período de 2009 a 2017, bem como conhecer
as intervenções de enfermagem dispostas nas
literaturas. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão
integrativa, realizada em setembro de 2018,
nas bases de dados da BDENF (Banco de
Dados em Enfermagem), SCiELO (Scientific
Electronic Library Online), LILACS (Literatura
Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências
da Saúde). Resultados e Discussão: A
faixa etária evidencia que são idosos jovens,
mas com o passar da idade se tornam mais
suscetíveis a patologias crônicas. Vários fatores
implicam em uma série de alterações como no
sistema vascular, neurológico e osteomuscular.
A consulta de enfermagem precisa ser
sistemática, clara e objetiva, repassando as
orientações quanto à doença de forma que o
idoso compreenda a necessidade de seguir o
tratamento e manter a prática do autocuidado.
Conclusão: Observa-se que a maioria das
intervenções dos enfermeiros foi baseada nas
queixas dos pacientes e não em uma consulta
sistematizada onde o mesmo poderia identificar
possíveis riscos à saúde do paciente. Portanto,
o Enfermeiro precisa focar seu atendimento
nessa população e suas necessidades para
que o atendimento possa ser individualizado e
harmonizado.

Abstract:
Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disease resulting from
failures of the secretion of insulin, a hormone generated by the pancreas and which
is responsible for the balance of the blood glucose level. Among several possible
complications of the disease, there is the incidence of diabetic foot, which is responsible
for the large number of admissions and morbidity and mortality. Objective: To identify in
the scientific literature the nursing care in the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot
in the elderly in the period from 2009 to 2017, as well as meet the nursing interventions
laid out in literature. Methods: this is an integrative review, held in September 2018,
in the databases of BDENF (nursing database), SCiELO (Scientific Electronic Library
Online), LILACS (Latin American literature and the Caribbean Health Sciences).
Results and discussion: The age group shows that young people are elderly, but
with the passing of the age they become more susceptible to chronic diseases. Several
factors involve in a series of changes as in the vascular system, neurological and
Musculoskeletal. The nursing consultation needs to be systematic, clear and objective,
passing the guidelines about the disease so that the elderly will understand the need to
follow the treatment and maintain the practice of self-care. Conclusion: It is observed
that most of the interventions of nurses was based on complaints from patients and not
on a systematic consultation where the same could identify potential risks to the health
of the patient. Therefore, the Nurse needs to focus your attendance in this population
and their needs so that the service can be individualized and harmonised.
