Abstract: Introduction: Tuberculosis and HIV co-infection is one of the most complex illnesses to be faced in the field of public health. It is a topic of great relevance in the country, as these individuals have a high rate of abandonment and death, with TB being the main disease associated with death among people living with HIV. Nursing can be present in these cases, contributing to measures of control, care and prevention of infections, building professional patient bonds, to obtain better treatment. Objective: To analyze scientific research on nursing care and adherence to treatment by individuals with Tuberculosis/HIV co-infection. Methods: this is an integrative literature review, whose data collection was carried out in the period of August 2022. The descriptors were used: "Nursing Care", "Adherence to Treatment" and "Tuberculosis", in the databases : PUBMED, MEDLINE, LILACS and BDENF, articles written in Portuguese, English or Spanish, available in full. The analysis of the strength of evidence of the studies was performed. Results: In all, there was an initial return of 407 indexed searches. After applying the filters related to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, analysis process and selection of studies, we reached the end of 13 articles. About the countries of origin of the research, 06 studies in Brazil, 03 studies in Africa, a study in the countries: USA, Italy and Peru were evidenced. From the results found in the review, it was observed that two thematic categories during the analysis of the results were: actions and strategies developed by the nursing team in the treatment of individuals with tuberculosis/HIV co-infection and adherence to treatment with therapeutic measures in individuals with TB/HIV coinfection. Conclusion: It is concluded that the actions and strategies that were described during the research, showed a significant value in the treatment of these patients, which shows the importance of planned nursing care, focused on health promotion, with comprehensive care management and resolute. This study is of paramount importance for health professionals and nursing students, as the tuberculosis and HIV epidemics have been a challenge to public health.
