ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM ÀS PACIENTES COM DEPRESSÃO PÓS-PARTO NA ESTRATÉGIA SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA
Objetivo: analisar as evidências disponíveis na literatura sobre Depressão Pós-parto e descrever a assistência prestada pela enfermagem à puérpera com esse transtorno mental no âmbito da Estratégia Saúde da Família. Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura cuja colheita de artigos foi realizada nas plataforma Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde e Google Acadêmico, utilizando os descritores: “depressão pós-parto”, “assistência de enfermagem” e “estratégia saúde da família”. Os critérios de inclusão dos trabalhos foram: artigos, publicados entre 2016 e 2019, idioma português. Resultados: encontrou-se 8 artigos que foram publicados entre 2016 e 2019, sendo 1 na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde e 7 no Google Acadêmico. Dentre os artigos, 8 têm uma abordagem qualitativa (sendo 2 descritivo-qualitativo) e 1 com abordagem quantitativa; 5 são revisões bibliográficas (sendo, 4 do tipo integrativa e 1 narrativa). Conclusão: de acordo com o já estabelecido, denota-se o quão importante é a assistência de enfermagem numa Estratégia Saúde da Família às mulheres que desenvolvem Depressão Pós-parto, visto que esses profissionais se encontram mais próxima às pacientes, podendo realizar o cuidar de forma mais precoce nessa condição.

Abstract:
Objective: to analyze the evidence available in the literature on Postpartum Depression and describe the care provided by nursing to the puerperal woman with this mental disorder within the ambit of the Family Health Strategy. Methodology: this is an integrative literature review whose collection of articles was carried out on the Virtual Health Library and Google Scholar platform, using the descriptors: “postpartum depression”, “nursing care” and “family health strategy”. The inclusion criteria for the papers were: articles, published between 2016 and 2019, Portuguese language. Results: 8 articles were found that were published between 2016 and 2019, 1 in the Virtual Health Library and 7 in Google Scholar. Among the articles, 7 have a qualitative approach (2 being descriptive-qualitative) and 1 with a quantitative approach; 4 are bibliographic reviews (3 of which are integrative and 1 narrative). Conclusion: according to what has already been established, it is shown how important nursing care is in a Family Health Strategy for women who develop Postpartum Depression, since these professionals are closer to patients, being able to perform the care of earlier in this condition.
