ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM AO PACIENTE COM INSUFICIÊNCIA RENAL CRÔNICA
Atualmente no mundo muitas pessoas sofrem com doença crônicas não transmissíveis, se não tratadas adequadamente poderá́ levar consequências graves ou até a morte. A insuficiência renal crônica se inclui nesse contexto, sendo uma patologia que acometem a função renal, considerada um grande problema de saúde publica, atingindo todas as classes sociais, principalmente as de baixa renda por não ter hábitos alimentares saudáveis ou não ter conhecimento sobre a doença. A hipertenção arterial e a diabetes mellitus são grandes fatores de risco para o aparecimento da doença. Teve como objetivo conhecer os tratamentos para que esse cliente venha a ter uma expectativa de vida prolongada. Os dados foram obtidos através de busca nos principais site científicos, Scielo, Glooglo acadêmico, revista online e livros no ano de 2008 a 2017. Sobretudo, a pesquisa foi desenvolvida com o objetivo de realizar uma revisão literária sobre a importância da assistência de enfermagem ao paciente com insuficiência renal crônica, fatores de risco e seus tratamentos. Observa- se que o conhecimento e atuação do enfermeiro, mostra que esse profissional tem um papel de grande valia na vida desse paciente e seus familiares; acolhendo, orientando e cuidando para que esse cliente venha ter uma boa qualidade de vida.

Abstract:
In today's world many people suffer from chronic non-communicable disease, if not treated properly can bring serious consequences or even death. Chronic renal failure if includes in this context, being a condition that affect kidney function, considered a major public health problem, affecting all classes, especially the members of low- income families not to have healthy eating habits or not having knowledge about the disease. The arterial hipertenção and diabetes mellitus are major risk factors for the disease. Aimed to meet the treatments for this customer have a prolonged life expectancy. The data were obtained through search in major scientific site, Scielo, Glooglo, online magazine and academic books in the year 2008 to 2017. Above all, the research was developed with the objective of carrying out a review of literature on the importance of nursing care to patients with chronic kidney failure, risk factors and their treatments. It is observed that the knowledge and expertise of nurses, shows that this professional has a valuable role in the life of the patient and their family members; Welcoming, guiding and caring for this customer to come to a good quality of life.
