ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM AO IDOSO COM ACIDENTE VASCULAR ENCEFÁLICO E HIPERTENSÃO ARTERIAL SISTÊMICA INTERNADO EM UM HOSPITAL DO INTERIOR DO AMAZONAS: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Este artigo apresenta um relato de
experiência de discentes de enfermagem na
aplicação da Sistematização da Assistência
de Enfermagem (SAE) a idoso com Acidente
Vascular Encefálico e Hipertensão Arterial
Sistêmica em um Hospital Regional do Interior do
Amazonas. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo de
natureza qualitativa, tipo relato de experiência,
realizado durante aula prática da disciplina de
Semiologia e Semiotécnica em Enfermagem II
do Curso de Enfermagem do Instituto de Saúde
e Biotecnologia (ISB) da Universidade Federal
do Amazonas (UFAM), no mês de junho de
2018. O cenário do estudo foi o Hospital
Regional de Coari. Os dados foram obtidos
através de um instrumento intitulado roteiro de
histórico de Enfermagem. Na elaboração da
SAE, utilizou-se a taxonomia de North American
Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) para
os diagnósticos de enfermagem, além das
intervenções de enfermagem segundo a Nursing
Intervention Classition (NIC) relacionadas
e acompanhamento dos resultados pelos
indicadores da Nursing Outcomes Classification
(NOC). Na prática hospitalar, percebeu-se a
relevância da aplicação da SAE através dos
cuidados de enfermagem prestados a idoso
com AVE e HAS. A visão geral do quadro
clínico do paciente foi possível por meio dos
dados obtidos. A SAE torna-se uma ferramenta
indispensável para o enfermeiro. Todas as
suas etapas foram realizadas e aplicadas
ao paciente. Conclui-se que, por meio do
estudo, foi possível compreender mais sobre a
importância da SAE na prática hospitalar como
uma ferramenta que subsidia o enfermeiro
na resolução de problemas, atendendo às
necessidades de cuidados de enfermagem do
indivíduo hospitalizado.

Abstract:
This article is a report on the
experience of nursing students when applying the nursing process (SAE) on elderly patients with stroke and systemic arterial
hypertension at a regional hospital in the interior of the state of Amazonas, Brazil. This
descriptive-qualitative study was written as an experience report and conducted during
the course in Semiology and Semiotechnical in Nursing II at the Nursing School in
the Institute of Health and Biotechnology (ISB) of the Federal University of Amazonas
(UFAM), in the month of June 2018. The scenario of the study the Regional Hospital of
Coari. The data was obtained from the nursing record. In the elaboration of the SAE,
the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) taxonomy was used for
nursing diagnoses, in addition to the nursing interventions according to the Nursing
Intervention Classification (NIC) and the results of the Nursing Outcomes Classification
indicators (NOC). In the hospital practice, the relevance of the SAE application through
the nursing care provided to the elderly with stroke and SAH was perceived. An overview
of the patient’s clinical picture was possible through the data obtained. SAE becomes
an indispensable tool for nurses. All steps were performed and applied to the patient.
It was concluded that, through the study, it was possible to understand more about
the importance of SAE in hospital practice as a tool that subsidizes nurses in problem
solving, attending to the nursing care needs of the hospitalized individual.
