ASSESSORIA TERRITORIAL DE GÊNERO: ENCONTROS TERRITORIAIS E ESTADUAL DE MULHERES RURAIS DOS COLEGIADOS DE PERNAMBUCO
O Núcleo de Extensão e
Desenvolvimento Territorial – NEDET, vinculado
ao Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento
Científico e Tecnológico – CNPq e Ministério
do Desenvolvimento Agrário – MDA atua no
Agreste Meridional de Pernambuco prestando
assessoria ao Colegiado Territorial. Dentre as
assessorias oferecidas pelo NEDET, há uma
em gênero, com o objetivo de “apoiar atividades
de assessoria técnica para articulação e
promoção da participação de mulheres rurais
nos Colegiados Territoriais pertencentes ao
Programa Território da Cidadania”, incluindo:
mobilização de mulheres para atividades de
formação política sobre gênero; levantamento
de dados e informações subsidiárias ao
monitoramento e avaliação das políticas
públicas efetivadas no Território. A metodologia
adotada prima pela sensibilização, mobilização
e realização de eventos que envolvam as
mulheres buscando promover um processo
de empoderamento, informando sobre direitos
e políticas públicas específicas. Para tanto,
foram realizados oito Encontros Municipais
e cinco Territoriais, uma Conferência Livre de
Mulheres, e a culminância dessas ações foi um
Encontro Estadual de Mulheres, realizado nos
dias 05 e 06 de julho de 2016, onde trezentas
lideranças femininas dos dez Territórios de
Pernambuco trataram da temática, relativa
às Políticas Públicas Específicas. Entre os
resultados parciais, destacamos a produção
de um relatório sobre as perspectivas das
mulheres rurais em Pernambuco. O Encontro
teve como tema principal: Mulher, Autonomia
e Desenvolvimento Territorial. Considera-se
que mulheres se sentem desfavorecidas em
políticas públicas que assegurem legitimidade,
informação, empoderamento, oportunidades e
segurança. Há um longo caminho na busca da
equidade de gêneros.

Abstract:
The Center for Extension and
Territorial Development (NEDET), linked to the
National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and the Ministry of
Agrarian Development (MDA), works in the Southern Agreste of Pernambuco, providing
advice to the Territorial Collegiate. Among the advisory services offered by NEDET,
there is one in gender, with the objective of “supporting technical advisory activities to
articulate and promote the participation of rural women in Territorial Colleges belonging
to the Territory of Citizenship Program”, including: mobilization of women for political
training on gender; data collection and subsidiary information to the monitoring and
evaluation of the public policies carried out in the Territory. The methodology adopted is
based on sensitization, mobilization and implementation of events that involve women
seeking to promote an empowerment process, informing about specific public rights
and policies. For that, eight Municipal and five Territorial Meetings were held, a Free
Conference of Women, and the culmination of these actions was a Women’s State
Meeting, held on July 5 and 6, 2016, where three hundred women leaders from the ten
Territories of Pernambuco addressed the theme, on Specific Public Policies. Among
the partial results, we highlight the production of a report on the perspectives of rural
women in Pernambuco. The main theme of the meeting was: Women, Autonomy and
Territorial Development. Women are considered to be disadvantaged in public policies
that ensure legitimacy, information, empowerment, opportunities and security. There is
a long way in the pursuit of gender equity.
