ASSÉDIO MORAL & SEXUAL NO AMBIENTE DE TRABALHO
Não é de hoje que casos de importunação, moral e/ou sexual no ambiente de trabalho ocorrem, porém não se dava tanta importância, por diversos fatores, principalmente culturais. Viveu-se épocas que, embora ocorressem não recebiam este tratamento e sequer a nomenclatura era conhecida.
Neste cenário e com vistas à mudanças, devem as pessoas que guarnecem os ambientes coletivos e hierárquicos de trabalho erradicarem esse mal que ocorre com muito mais frequência e com consequências muito mais graves do que se pode imaginar. Para tanto, se levantam os poderes legislativo e judiciário, principalmente este que dará a última palavra de sua ocorrência ou não, já que algumas posturas podem não ser consideradas “assediantes”.
Desse modo, a análise de cada caso é fundamental, pois dependendo da gravidade pode até ser considerada crime e outras uma postura regular no meio empresarial, como mera regra do jogo.

Abstract:
It is not new that cases of harassment, moral and / or sexual in the work environment occur, but there was not much importance, due to several factors, mainly cultural. There were times when, although they occurred, they did not receive this treatment and even the nomenclature was not known.
In this scenario and with a view to change, the people who guard the collective and hierarchical work environments must eradicate this evil that occurs much more frequently and with far more serious consequences than one can imagine. To this end, the legislative and judicial powers are raised, especially this one that will give the last word of its occurrence or not, since some positions may not be considered “harassing”.
Thus, the analysis of each case is essential, because depending on the severity it can even be considered a crime and others a regular posture in the business environment, as a mere rule of the game.
