ASPECTOS TEÓRICO-PRÁTICOS DA FORMAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL EM PROMOÇÃO DA SAÚDE: EXPERIÊNCIAS EXITOSAS DA ENFERMAGEM
Objetivou-se identificar, na literatura
científica atual, temas e métodos relacionados a
experiências exitosas de ensino de enfermagem
sobre promoção da saúde. Trata-se de artigo de
revisão integrativa da literatura, que contemplou
25 artigos nacionais e internacionais publicados
em inglês, espanhol e português, de 2013 a 2017.
As bases utilizadas na busca foram: CINAHL,
Scopus, Web of Science, MedLine, LILACS e
BDENF, utilizando os descritores combinados
por operação boleana: promoção da saúde,
ensino, aprendizagem e enfermagem. Os temas
que se destacaram foram: educação em saúde,
diversidade sociocultural, vulnerabilidades
individuais e coletivas e, quanto aos aspectos
metodológicos, sobressaíram-se: métodos
ativos, experiências interprofissionais,
valorização do pensamento crítico, integração
teórico-prática e de ensino-serviço-comunidade.
Como base nos achados desta revisão, concluise
que a formação do enfermeiro em promoção
da saúde deve valorizar a singularidade dos
sujeitos e do coletivo, o trabalho compartilhado
com demais profissionais e a participação
comunitária, recomendando-se adotar métodos
inovadores, ativos e integradores do processo
ensino-aprendizagem.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was
to identify themes and methods related to
successful experiences of nursing education on
health promotion in the current scientific literature.
This article is an integrative literature review,
which included 25 national and international
articles published in English, Spanish and

Portuguese, from 2013 to 2017. The bases used in the search were CINAHL, Scopus,
Web of Science, MedLine, LILACS and BDENF, using the descriptors combined by
the Boolean operation: Health promotion, teaching, learning and nursing. The themes
that stood out were health education, socio-cultural diversity, individual and collective
vulnerabilities and, as for the methodological aspects, they stood out: active methods,
interprofessional experiences, appreciation of the thought Critical, theoretical-practical
and teaching-service-Community integration. Based on the findings of this review,
it is concluded that the education of the nurse in health promotion should value the
uniqueness of the subjects and the collective, the work shared with other professionals
and the community participation, recommending adopting innovative methods, assets
and integrators of the teaching-learning process.
