ASPECTOS INSTRUMENTAIS DA LIDERANÇA COLABORATIVA EM APOIO A GESTÃO DA INOVAÇÃO EM RECICLAGEM
A liderança se desenvolve em ambientes sistêmicos e complexos, dinâmicos, onde o comportamento das pessoas e das organizações interferem nos resultados, sendo o papel do líder o diferencial para que esta seja efetivamente colaborativa, o que dependerá da configuração estrutural da organização e das interações entre os indivíduos, os sistemas e o ecossistema. A pergunta é: Quais os aspectos instrumentais da liderança colaborativa entre stakeholders na gestão da inovação em reciclagem em resíduos sólidos urbanos? Foi aplicada a Teoria U como argumentação nessa relação, sustentada pela Teoria dos stakeholders. O objetivo geral foi estudar a liderança colaborativa em apoio à gestão da inovação em reciclagem de resíduo sólido urbano com base na Teoria U e; para a sistematização dos resultados, trouxe como objetivos específicos: levantar os aspectos instrumentais da liderança colaborativa (1); analisar a liderança colaborativa na via da inovação requerida (2); e indicar a convergência pró-inovação do stakeholders mediante a Teoria U (3). Aprendizagem, comportamento, comunicação, pensamento sistêmico e inovação são os aspectos instrumentais trazidos como resultado. Este estudo serviu como contribuição para os interessados em gestão, inovação, à academia e demais envolvidos em questões teórico- práticas para investigações no eixo das ciências sociais aplicadas, oferecendo lacunas como liderança colaborativa interdisciplinar, aprendizagem colaborativa pró-inovação, liderança social.

Abstract:
The leadership develops in complex and dynamic systems where people's and organizations' behaviors interfere with results, and the role of the leader is the differential so that it is effectively collaborative, which will depend on the structural configuration of the organization and the interactions between individuals, systems and the ecosystem. The question is: What are the instrumental aspects of collaborative leadership among stakeholders in innovation management recycling in solid urban waste? Theory U were applied as an argument in this relation, supported by the Stakeholder Theory. The overall objective was to study collaborative leadership in support of innovation management recycling in solid urban waste based on U Theory and; for the systematization of the results, has as specific objectives: to raise the instrumental aspects of the collaborative leadership (1); analyzing collaborative leadership on the required path of innovation (2); and indicate the pro-innovation convergence of stakeholders through the U Theory (3). Learning, behavior, communication, systemic thinking and innovation are the instrumental aspects brought in as a result. This study will serve as a contribution to those interested in management, innovation, academia and others involved in theoretical-practical issues for research in the applied social sciences, offering gaps such as interdisciplinary collaborative leadership, collaborative pro- innovation learning, social leader, among others.
