As hepatites virais (HV) são distúrbios inflamatórios do fígado, cujos
agentes etiológicos são representados por vírus. Existem 7 subtipos de HV,
sendo que as mais comuns são hepatite A (HAV), hepatite B (HBV) e hepatite
C (HCV), as quais diferem nas formas de contágio, porém se assemelham em
sua clínica. Além disso, a prevalência de cada uma varia de região para região,
salientando-se que sua distribuição é universal.

Abstract: Viral hepatitis (VH) are inflammatory disorders of the liver, whose etiological agents are represented by viruses. There are 7 subtypes of HV, the most common of which are hepatitis A (HAV), hepatitis B (HBV) and hepatitis C (HCV), which differ in the forms of contagion, but are similar in your clinic. Furthermore, the prevalence of each varies from region to region, highlighting that its distribution is universal.
