ASPECTOS DA PROMOÇÃO DA SAÚDE E O CUIDADO AO IDOSO NAS INSTITUIÇÕES PÚBLICAS ESPECIALIZADAS: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DE LITERATURA
No amplo entendimento sobre a Promoção da Saúde e seus determinantes dentro do processo saúde-doença é essencial que haja métodos eficazes e direcionados para o público idoso, principalmente na assistência especializada, buscando deixá-los ativos, saudáveis e com uma melhor qualidade de vida. Objetivos: Identificar como a promoção da saúde dos idosos estão sendo praticadas nas instituições públicas especializadas. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa de Literatura. Foram utilizados 18 artigos científicos das bases de dados: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO) entre 2018 a 2022. Descritores: “Promoção da Saúde”, “Qualidade de Vida, “Saúde do Idoso”, “Assistência Integral à Saúde do Idoso” e “Serviços de Saúde para Idosos”. Resultados: Foram divididos em 4 categorias: Promoção da Saúde 17% (n=3), Qualidade de Vida/Saúde do Idoso 22% (n=4), Assistência Integral à Saúde do Idoso 28% (n=5) e Serviços de Saúde para Idosos 33% (n=6). Discussão: A promoção da saúde é uma estratégia auspiciosa para os desafios dos problemas de saúde pública, principalmente dos idosos. É fundamental buscar meios convenientes de manobrar os déficits biológicos e socioculturais acerca do envelhecimento do indivíduo em relação ao risco do adoecimento e/ou comorbidades inerentes do processo natural da vida em idade avançada. É necessária a atenção especializada nos aspectos fisiológicos, biológicos, sociais, mentais, físicos e, não apenas, centralizado no modelo hegemônico biomédico. Considerações Finais: Dentro da saúde coletiva, é notório que ainda existam descasos em relação ao atendimento ideal para os idosos. A idade avançada exige cuidados integrais e integralizados através de equipes de saúde que atuam na promoção da saúde estejam devidamente qualificadas para prestar assistência multidisciplinar segura e fidedigna individualizada, buscando estimular a vida ativa e saudável por meio de práticas de atividades interativas sociais.

Abstract:
There is no broad understanding of health promotion and its determinants within the disease process, it is essential that there are methods of execution and directed towards health, especially specialized care, seeking for them to be active, men and with a better public quality. Objectives: To identify how the health promotion of the elderly is being practiced in specialized public institutions. Methodology: This is an Integrative Literature Review. Eighteen scientific articles were used from the databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) between 2018 and 2022. Descriptors: “Health Promotion”, “Quality of Life, “Health of the Elderly”, “Comprehensive Health Care for the Elderly” and “Health Services for the Elderly”. Results: They were divided into 4 categories: Health Promotion 17% (n=3), Quality of Life/Health of the Elderly 22% (n=4), Comprehensive Health Care for the Elderly 28% (n=5) and Health for the Elderly 33% (n=6). Discussion: Health promotion is an auspicious strategy for the challenges of public health problems, especially for the elderly. It is essential to seek convenient ways to manage the biological and sociocultural deficits regarding the aging of the individual in relation to the risk of illness and/or comorbidities inherent in the natural process of life at an advanced age. Specialized attention is needed in the physiological, biological, social, mental, physical aspects and, not only, centered on the hegemonic biomedical model. Final Considerations: Within collective health, it is clear that there are still negligences regarding the ideal care for the elderly. Advanced age requires comprehensive and integrated care through health teams that work in health promotion that are duly qualified to provide safe and reliable individualized multidisciplinary care, seeking to encourage an active and healthy life through practices of interactive social activities.
