AS TRANSFORMAÇÕES DA INTIMIDADE NA PÓS-MODERNIDADE: UMA ANÁLISE DO SÉRIADO BLACK MIRROR À LUZ DO DIREITO AO ESQUECIMENTO
Este trabalho se propõe a discutir
acerca da problematização do Direito ao
Esquecimento diante das sociedades de
informação. Usa-se como plano de fundo o
episódio intitulado “The entire history of you”, do
seriado Black Mirror da plataforma Netflix, que
conta a história de um futuro próximo em que as
pessoas podem ter acesso a suas memórias por
meio de um artefato tecnológico denominado,
grão.

Abstract:
This paper proposes to discuss
about the problematization of the Right to
Oblivion before information societies. It is used
as background the episode entitled “The entire
history of you” from the Black Mirror series of
the Netflix platform, which tells the story of a
near future in which people can access their
memories through a technological artifact
called, grain.
