AS TESSITURAS DO MUNDO DO TRABALHO EM ITABAIANA-SE
Considera-se, que a relação
sociedade-natureza se dá, dialeticamente, pelo
trabalho. Como condição ontológica, o trabalho
é responsável por garantir ao homem sentido
enquanto ser social. Contudo, sob o sistema
capitalista, o trabalho sofre uma deformação
metabólica, converte-se em mercadoria,
passível de ser enquadrada nas leis monetárias
de compra e venda. Nessa direção, o presente
estudo objetiva analisar as tessituras do trabalho
no município de Itabaiana/SE. A pesquisa
está ancorada no materialismo histórico
dialético, a metodologia contemplou a pesquisa
bibliográfica: artigos, livros, dissertações e
teses que abordam a temática; como também a
realização da pesquisa de campo. Os resultados
da pesquisa demostram que a terceirização, a
flexibilização e a informalidade configuram-se
como delineamentos do mundo do trabalho
em Itabaiana-SE, revelando a intensificação do
processo de exploração do trabalho mediante o
assujeitamento de crianças, jovens, homens e
mulheres à lógica perversa do capital.

Abstract:
It is considered that the field-city
relationship occurs, dialectically, by work. As an
ontological condition, the work is responsible to
guarantee for men the meaning as social being.
However, under the capitalist system, the work
suffers a metabolic deformation, and becomes
merchandise, able to be framed by monetary
laws of supply and demand. In this sense,
the paper aims to analyses the tessitures of
work in the municipality of Itabaiana/ SE. The
research is based on the dialectical historical
materialism, the methodology contemplated
the bibliographic research: articles, books,
dissertations and doctoral thesis that approach
the thematic; as also the achievement of field
research. The research results demonstrate
that the outsourcing, the flexibilization and the
informality configure themselves as designs of
the world of work in Itabaiana-SE, revealing the
intensification of the process of labor exploitation
through the assembling of kids, young, and
women to the perverse logic of capital.
