Abstract: This is an analysis of the quality of life of teachers and students based on the good use of technologies combined with new didactic-pedagogical contributions. It considers the body and the environment as central elements based on professional, ethical, health and movement actions, as opposed to exaggerated productivity. It aims to discuss quality of life, workload, leisure needs and diseases arising from high or low productivity that affect teachers and students. It comes after realizations that the Covid-19 pandemic has dragged us to the reality of technologies as allies and not the other way around, leaving a legacy of experiences that can become permanent from their good and rational use. In Higher Education, technologies have assumed themselves as support for physical distancing, generating productions that have ensured the continuity of teaching and student work during confinement. But it wasn't all positive. It is necessary to study the results of this ex.
