AS REPRESENTAÇÕES SOCIAIS DOS ADOLESCENTES SOBRE A ENFERMAGEM
este estudo objetiva analisar o conteúdo e a estrutura das representações sociais (RS) dos adolescentes à respeito da enfermagem; e comparar tais RS segundo variável sexo. Método: estudo exploratório-descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, com referencial teórico da teoria de RS. Foram participantes 140 adolescentes escolares de município Norte Fluminense, Brasil. A coleta de dados ocorreu por questionário contendo técnica de evocação livre de palavras, analisados pelo software EVOC. Resultados: os elementos presentes na zona do núcleo central das RS estudadas foram cuidar-cuidado; dedicação; doença; hospital; medicamento; sangue; e saúde. Não foram identificadas diferenças substanciais nas RS segundo sexo, mas modo de ativação mais funcional do núcleo central para adolescentes do sexo feminino. Conclusão: observa-se a importância de ações profissionais de enfermagem na promoção da saúde e qualidade de vida na adolescência em espaços extrahospitalares, bem como atividades educativas sobre a enfermagem entre os adolescentes.

Abstract:
this study objective to analyze the content and structure of the social representations (RS) of adolescents regarding nursing; And compare such RS according to sex variable. Method: exploratory-descriptive study with qualitative approach, with theoretical reference of the RS theory. A total of 140 adolescents from the city of Norte Fluminense, Brazil, participated. The data collection was done by questionnaire containing free word evocation technique, analyzed by the EVOC software. Results: the elements present in the central nucleus of the SR studied were care-careful; dedication; disease; hospital; Drug; blood; and health. There were no substantial differences in RS according to sex, but a more functional mode of activation of the central nucleus for female adolescents. Conclusion: the importance of professional nursing actions in the promotion of health and quality of life in adolescence in out-of-hospital spaces, as well as educational activities on nursing among adolescents is observed.
