AS REPERCUSSÕES DO ABUSO PSICOLÓGICO NA VIOLÊNCIA OBSTÉTRICA
A violência obstétrica fundamenta-se no apoderamento de profissionais da saúde no
corpo e no processo reprodutivo de uma mulher, através de excesso de medicação,
tornando patológico um processo natural e por tratamentos violentos, tirando da pessoa
a autonomia e o poder de escolha sobre seu corpo Objetivo: identificar as
consequências psicológicas da violência obstétrica, elencar a atuação de enfermagem
na promoção de uma assistência humanizada e destacar os principais tipos de violência
sofridas pelas gestantes, parturientes e puérperas. Metodologia: trata-se de uma
revisão bibliográfica, com propriedade explicativa e cunho qualitativo. Para a pesquisa e
coleta dos materiais, consultou-se as bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online
(SciELO), LILICAS, Pubmed e google acadêmico com materiais já produzidos e
publicados. Os critérios de inclusão foram estabelecidos de acordo com o objetivo do
trabalho, incluindo artigos publicados a partir do ano de 2015, em língua portuguesa,
espanhola ou inglesa disponíveis na íntegra de forma digital. Artigos que não estavam
dentro dos parâmetros citados acima foram excluídos. Resultados e discussão:
Realizando uma análise crítica nos artigos selecionados, pode-se observar que as
principais violências obstétricas realizadas pelas equipes assistenciais são:
Violências verbais, físicas e psicológicas; despreparo e a desatualização da equipe
de enfermagem e médica colaboram com a ocorrência das violências obstétricas; o
desconhecimento acerca dos seus direitos e do que se trata a violência obstétrica
tornam muitas mulheres reféns dos agressores frente as ameaças e violências;
estratégias para prevenção e enfrentamento da VO podem ser discutidas e
colocadas em prática.

Abstract:
Obstetric violence is based on the seizure of health professionals in the body and
reproductive process of a woman, through excess medication, making pathological a
natural process and by violent treatments, taking away from the person the autonomy
and power of choice over their body Objective: to identify the psychological
consequences of obstetric violence, to list the nursing performance in the promotion
of humanized care and to highlight the main types of violence suffered by pregnant
women, parturients and puerperal women. Methodology: this is a bibliographic
review, with explanatory property and qualitative nature. For the research and
collection of materials, we consulted the databases Scientific Electronic Library
Online (SciELO), LILICAS, Pubmed and google scholar with materials already
produced and published. The inclusion criteria were established according to the
objective of the study, including articles published from the year 2015, in Portuguese,
Spanish or English available in full digitally. Articles that were not within the
parameters cited above were deleted. Results and discussion: Performing a critical
analysis in the selected articles, it can be observed that the main obstetric violence
performed by the care teams are: Verbal, physical and psychological violence;
unpreparedness and outdated nursing and medical staff contribute to the occurrence
of obstetric violence; the lack of knowledge about their rights and what obstetric
violence is about makes many women hostages of the aggressors in the face of
threats and violence; strategies for prevention and coping with VO can be discussed
and put into practice.
