AS PRIMEIRAS MULHERES
A Escola Naval brasileira formou,
em dezembro de 2017, a primeira turma
de Aspirantes mulheres em seu curso de
graduação. O objetivo deste estudo, portanto,
foi identificar as dificuldades enfrentadas pelas
primeiras alunas em sua inclusão, sua integração
e seu desenvolvimento como mulheres e
militares no decorrer dos quatro anos vividos
na instituição. A abordagem desta investigação
é de cunho qualitativo, tendo como metodologia
um questionário com perguntas abertas e
fechadas. Apesar de toda a dificuldade que
travaram diariamente para vencer as batalhas
do cotidiano, as pioneiras internalizaram valores
como companheirismo, cordialidade e lealdade
com seus pares. Ao final, ficou evidenciado
nas respostas que elas estão preparadas para
dar continuidade à carreira militar, mas com a
certeza de que ainda há desafios pela frente e
que, mostrando a sua capacidade intelectual,
física e profissional que possuem, conquistarão
um espaço maior no meio militar, independente
do seu gênero.

Abstract:
In December 2017, the Brazilian
Naval School had graduated the first group of
female cadets in their undergraduate course.
The objective of this study, therefore, was to
identify difficulties faced by the first students
in their inclusion, their integration and their
development as women and military during the
four years in the institution. The approach of
this research is qualitative and the methodology
adopted was the questionnaire with open and
close-ended questions. Despite all the difficulty
they faced daily to overcome the battles of their
routine, the pioneers internalized values such
as friendliness, cordiality and loyalty with their
peers. Eventually, their responses evidenced
that they are prepared to continue the military
career sure there are still challenges ahead
that when overcome through their intellectual,
physical and professional capacity will lead
them to conquer a greater space in the military
regardless their gender.
