AS PRÁTICAS DE SI E SUA CONTRIBUIÇÃO PARA O PROCESSO FORMATIVO DOCENTE
O estudo visa investigar as contribuições oriundas das práticas de si para
o processo formativo docente. Este trabalho de natureza teórico-bibliográfica é
baseado nas produções Foucault (2011), Pagni (2014), Mota (2014), Kohan (2000),
dentre outros. A pesquisa destaca que na teoria foucaultiana, o sujeito é incentivado
a realizar um trabalho sobre si que o leva a se reinventar e a criar novos modos de
existência. Primeiramente, o professor em formação cuida do cuidado de si e se
constitui para, posteriormente, cuidar do cultivo de si de seus alunos. Assim, uma
formação alicerçada no cuidado de si e na experiência de si torna-se essencial para
a efetivação de uma educação singular.

Abstract:
The study aims to investigate the contributions of the practices of self to
the educational process. This theoretical-bibliographic work is based on the
productions Foucault (2011), Pagni (2014), Mota (2014), Kohan (2000), among
others. The research highlights that in Foucault's theory, the subject is encouraged
to perform work on himself that leads him to reinvent himself and to create new
modes of existence. Firstly, the teacher in training takes care of himself and is
constituted to later take care of the cultivation of himself of his students. Thus, a
formation grounded in self-care and self-experience becomes essential for the
realization of a unique education.
