O artigo analisa os desafios do ensino híbrido na educação inclusiva e a formação docente à implementação. A identidade docente transforma-se com o uso de recursos digitais no ensino/aprendizagem. A maioria das escolas públicas carece de recursos humanos e materiais à implementação do ensino híbrido.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the challenges of blended learning in inclusive education and teacher training for implementation. The teaching identity is transformed with the use of digital resources in teaching/learning. Most public schools lack human and material resources to implement blended learning.
