AS POSSIBILIDADES DO CICLOTURISMO PARA A REGIÃO DOS CAMPOS GERAIS DO PARANÁ – BRASIL
A atividade de ciclismo vem se
desenvolvendo nos Campos Gerais de maneira
espontânea com presença de grupos de
praticantes dessa modalidade independente
do apoio e existência de políticas públicas, da
formação e atuação de profissionais envolvidos
para regulamentar e operacionalizar a
atividade. Porém, quando existe a intenção em
atrair turistas, o planejamento é imprescindível
para a correta operacionalização da atividade
gerando segurança ao praticante e benefícios
a comunidade. Este estudo caracteriza-se por
ser uma pesquisa de caráter interdisciplinar
envolvendo a área do turismo, lazer e esporte
que busca compreender a pratica de ciclismo
sob a ótima do turismo, tendo como objeto de
pesquisa o cicloturismo em Ponta Grossa e
região suas necessidades de planejamento para
viabilizar a operacionalização de roteiros. Dentre
os objetivos propostos busca-se analisar as
ações sociais e a cultura no momento atual para
o cicloturismo, além das atuais ações políticas
que sugerem sua implantação sem as reflexões
de planejamento, organização, para então
levar ao desenvolvimento. Metodologicamente
caracteriza-se como estudo de caso com
análise qualitativa realizada por meio de
Benchmarking. Finalizando é possível afirmar
que a operacionalização do cicloturismo deve
ser embasada através de planejamento turístico
para que se consolide gerando benefícios para
a comunidade onde se desenvolve.

Abstract:
The activity of cycling is
developing spontaneously in the Campos
Gerais with presence of groups of practitioners
of this modality independent of the support
and existence of public policies, of the training
and performance of professionals involved
to regulate and operationalize the activity.
However, when there is an intention to attract
tourists, planning is essential for the correct
operation of the activity, generating safety for
the practitioner and benefits for the community. This study is characterized by being
an interdisciplinary research involving the area of tourism, leisure and sports that
seek to understand the practice of cycling under the optimum of tourism, having as a
research object the cycling in Ponta Grossa and region it’s planning needs to enable
the operationalization of scripts. Among the objectives proposed is to analyze social
actions and culture in the current moment for cyclotourism, in addition to the current
political actions that suggest its implementation without the reflections of planning,
organization, and then lead to development. Methodologically, it is characterized as
a case study with qualitative analysis performed through Benchmarking. Finally, it
is possible to affirm that the operation of cyclotourism should be based on tourism
planning so that it can be consolidated, generating benefits for the community where it
is developed.
