AS POLÍTICAS EDUCACIONAIS NAS FLORESTAS DO MARAJÓ/PA: REFLEXÕES SOBRE AS PESQUISAS REALIZADAS PARA O ENTENDIMENTO DAS REFORMAS EDUCACIONAIS E A ORGANIZAÇÃO DOS SISTEMAS DE ENSINO NOS MUNICÍPIOS MARAJOARAS
Este texto tem por objetivo
apresentar algumas reflexões e resultados
sobre os estudos acerca dos projetos de
pesquisas desenvolvidos nos municípios do
Marajó, especificamente em Breves, Anajás e
Melgaço. As pesquisas buscaram compreender
como está estruturada a organização do
ensino nestes municípios e perceber de
que forma as articulações políticas e sociais
vêm debatendo em torno de uma proposta
efetivamente democrática de ordenação do
sistema educacional marajoara. Como opções
metodológicas de investigação foram utilizadas
as abordagens qualitativas de pesquisa, por
entender que as mesmas possibilitam uma
melhor participação dos integrantes que
fazem parte deste processo. Para isso, foram
realizadas análises de documentos e entrevistas
com representantes das Secretarias Municipais
de Educação, Sindicatos dos Trabalhadores
em Educação, Conselhos Municipais de
Educação e Prefeituras. Como referências
teóricas foram utilizados os estudos de Diva
Sarmento, Demerval Saviani, Alexandre Cals,
dentre outros. Os resultados sinalizaram
que os Municípios, em geral, apresentaram
uma significativa melhoria no que concerne a
organização da educação pública municipal,
mas ainda precisam estabelecer um diálogo
mais intenso nas relações políticas e entre as
esferas do poder público e da sociedade civil
organizada

Abstract:
This text aims to present some
reflections and results about the studies
about the research projects developed in the
municipalities of Marajó, specifically in Breves,
Anajás and Melgaço. The researches sought
not only to understand how is structured the
teaching organization in these municipalities,
but also to understand how political and social
articulations have been debating in search
of an effectively democratic proposal of
ordering of the Marajoara educational system.
As methodological research options, the
qualitative research approaches were used,
since they allow for a better participation of the
members who are part of this process. For this
purpose, document review and interviews with
representatives of the Municipal Secretaries
of Education, Workers’ Unions in Education, Municipal Education Councils and City Halls were made. As theoretical references,
the studies of Diva Sarmento, Demerval Saviani, Alexandre Cals, among others were
used. The results showed that the Municipalities, in general, presented a significant
improvement in the organization of municipal public education, but still need to establish
a more intense dialogue in political relations and among the spheres of public power
and of the organized civil society.
