AS PERCEPÇÕES E EXPERIÊNCIAS ESCOLARES SOBRE CLIMA SOCIAL DE ESTUDANTES EM FORMAÇÃO ACERCA DO PROGRAMA GOLDEN5
Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar a percepção de participantes de
um curso de Extensão intitulado: “Golden5: uma proposta de intervenção no clima
social em sala de aula”. O curso foi oferecido para estudantes de graduação, em sua
maioria, estudantes do curso de Pedagogia e do Pibid e professores de escolas
básicas. O Programa Golden5 foi criado por um grupo de professores na Europa com
o objetivo de melhorar o clima social em sala de aula, especialmente com crianças
e adolescentes com problemas de aprendizagem e comportamento. O nome Golden
faz alusão ao princípio de que todos podem brilhar, sendo necessário encontrar os
talentos em potencial e motivar as pessoas a desenvolvê-los. Analisamos 30
questionários aplicados no início do curso que visavam conhecer o perfil dos
participantes do curso, suas compreensões, suas experiências como discentes e
docentes e as relações entre o trabalho docente e o clima social escolar. Ao final do
curso, foi aplicado um novo questionário com o objetivo de investigar quais teriam
sido as áreas mais significativas para os cursistas, se estes haviam aplicado alguma
atividade proposta e que avaliação faziam desta aplicação e dos seus efeitos. Foi
feita uma análise de conteúdo dos resultados obtidos, avaliando como o clima social
escolar era percebido pelo grupo, antes e depois de conhecerem a proposta do
Golden5. Os resultados apontam que os estudantes que aplicaram atividades
aprendidas no curso avaliaram positivamente os efeitos destas, mas sentiram
necessidade de maior tempo de aprofundamento, pois o curso foi de curta duração.

Abstract:
This paper aims to present the participants' perception of an Extension
course entitled: "Golden5: an intervention proposal in social climate in the
classroom". The course was offered to graduating students, mostly students of
Pedagogy and PIBID (Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência –
Institutional Scholarship Program of Teaching Introduction) courses and to
elementary school teachers. The Golden5 Program was created by a group of
teachers in Europe aiming to improve the social climate in classroom, especially with
kids and teenagers with learning and behavior troubles. The name Golden makes
and allusion to the principle that every person can do brilliantly, so it is necessary to
find potential talents and motivate people to develop them. We analyzed thirty
quizzes applied at the beginning of the course that aimed to know the participants
profile, their comprehensions, their experiences as students and teachers and the
relations of teaching and school social climate. At the end, a new quizz was applied
aiming to investigate what domains were most significant for the course students,
and if they have applied some activity and what was the assessment they have done
of it and its effects. It was made a content analysis of the results, estimating how the
social climate was noticed by the group before and after knowing the Golden5
proposal. The results point that the students that applied activities they have learned
at the course positively assess its effects, but they felt need of more time to
deepening, as it was a short time course.
