AS ORIENTAÇÕES CURRICULARES NA EDUCAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA: a educação popular como processo dialógico
O presente artigo tem por finalidade suscitar o debate acerca dos desafios no desenvolvimento das Orientações Curriculares da Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Maceió voltada para a Educação de Jovens e Adultos Idosos – EJAI, durante as aulas remotas, no período do isolamento social, causado pela pandemia da Covid-19. Tais desafios partem da realidade vivenciada por estudantes e professores na busca pela formação de vínculos, buscando evitar uma dupla exclusão na escola. O texto em pauta chama a atenção para o fato de que o uso das tecnologias pode contribuir com a prática docente, desde que sejam observadas as condições adequadas, e aponta para o fato de que as aulas remotas na EJAI devem partir da problematização da realidade e da compreensão das condições de penúria que os estudantes têm enfrentado durante a atual pandemia, que tendem a conduzir à prática de educação bancária, em sua forma mais perversa. O artigo salienta, ainda, a importância da educação popular na construção de uma educação humanizadora e crítica. O caminho metodológico do texto é de cunho qualitativo, e parte da análise documental. Os resultados do estudo apontaram que os maiores desafios da EJAI, durante o isolamento social – pandemia -- são a exclusão do acesso à internet e aos equipamentos tecnológicos, o que impossibilita a interação pedagógica remota, entre estudantes e professores, e a discussão da implantação das orientações curriculares.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to raise the debate about the challenges in the development of the Curricular Guidelines of the Municipal Education Department of Maceió focused on the Education of Young People and Elderly Adults, during remote classes, in the period of social isolation, caused by the pandemic Covid-19. Such challenges start from the reality experienced by students and teachers in the search for the formation of bonds, seeking to avoid a double exclusion at school. The text in question draws attention to the fact that the use of technologies can contribute to teaching practice, provided that the appropriate conditions are observed, and points to the fact that remote classes in the Education of Young Adults and the Elderly must start the problematization of reality and the understanding of the conditions of poverty that students have faced during the current pandemic, which tend to lead to the practice of banking education, in its most perverse form. The article also stresses the importance of popular education in the construction of a humanizing and critical education. The methodological path of the text is of a qualitative nature, and part of the documentary analysis. The results of the study pointed out that the biggest challenges for Youth, Adult and Elderly Education, during social isolation - pandemic - are the exclusion of access to the internet and technological equipment, which makes remote pedagogical interaction between students and teachers impossible, and the discussion of the implementation of curricular guidelines.
