AS NUANCES DO FENÔMENO BULLYING NO ENSINO PÚBLICO DA REGIÃO METROPOLITANA DE SÃO LUÍS: ANÁLISE DE UM PROJETO PARA A APRENDIZAGEM SEM MEDO.
O fenômeno do bullying é uma
tipificação de violência, que apresenta caráter
repetitivo e intencional. O presente artigo foi
construído a partir da vivência de estudantes
de Psicologia, em uma Organização Não
Governamental (ONG), por meio de um projeto
direcionado a crianças e adolescentes. A
prática do projeto se mostra incentivadora da
cultura de paz no cotidiano socioeducacional, a
partir da sensibilização de educadores, famílias
e sociedade civil, no tocante a existência do
bullying, como forma de violência, suas várias
facetas e consequências. Como objetivos deste
estudo, têm-se a discussão de fenômenos de
violência, no que tange especificamente ao
bullying, no âmbito escolar, além de descrever
a importância da inserção de projetos
fomentadores da cultura de paz nos espaços
socioeducacionais. A metodologia constituiu-se
de observação, realização de oficinas junto aos
educadores sociais, relatório escrito, estudo
de instrumentais e questionários avaliativos.
A discussão acerca da responsabilidade dos
socioeducadores no processo da inserção
dos indivíduos no mundo preexistente se
mostra necessária, pois a crise nessa esfera
educacional gira em torno da autoridade e da
não responsabilização do preparo da criança
para o mundo do adulto, então, esse individuo
acaba sendo colocado no mundo de crianças
com outras crianças, vivendo um processo
de violência e tirania. Portanto, os espaços
educacionais como promovedores de aspectos
emocionais, sociais e de representação,
devem destacar o desenvolvimento da
responsabilidade social pela formação cidadã,
pautada na promoção de valores favorecedores
da convivência grupal, autonomia e no
desenvolvimento da cultura de paz, para além
dos muros da escola.

Abstract:
The phenomenon of bullying is a typification of violence that has a
repetitive and intentional character. This article was built from the experience of
Psychology students, in a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), through a project
aimed at children and adolescents. The practice of the project is encouraging the
culture of peace in socio-educational daily life, from the awareness of educators,
families and civil society, regarding the existence of bullying, as a form of violence, its
various facets and consequences. The objectives of this study are the discussion of
violence phenomena, specifically with regard to bullying, in the school environment,
besides describing the importance of the insertion of projects that foster the culture
of peace in socio-educational spaces. The methodology consisted of observation,
workshops with social educators, written report, study of instrumentals and evaluative
questionnaires. The discussion about the responsibility of the social educators in the
process of insertion of individuals in the pre-existing world is necessary, because the
crisis in this educational sphere revolves around the authority and the non-responsibility
of the child’s preparation for the adult world, so this individual ends up being placed
in the world of children with other children, living a process of violence and tyranny.
Therefore, educational spaces as promoters of emotional, social and representation
aspects, should highlight the development of social responsibility for citizen formation,
based on the promotion of values that favor group coexistence, autonomy and the
development of a culture of peace, beyond the walls from school.
