AS MÚLTIPLAS ABORDAGENS E A REPERCUSSÃO DO ABUSO SEXUAL NA OBRA O MISTÉRIO DAS BONECAS DE PORCELANA
O presente trabalho visa analisar as perturbações e traumas desenvolvidos pela personagem Beatriz, personagem-vítima da obra “O mistério das bonecas de porcelana” de Eneas Barros. Em conjunto com a obra, o texto foi elaborado sob a égide de três áreas do conhecimento: jurídica, psicológica e literária, estando elas intrinsecamente ligadas para o desenvolvimento do objetivo deste trabalho. Por se tratar de um texto com viés multidisciplinar entre o direito, a psicologia e a literatura, abordar-se-á questões como: quais as facetas do abuso sexual? Onde os crimes praticados no livro estão tipificados? Qual a relação existente entre o abuso sexual e o desenvolvimento de traumas na personagem principal da obra? O esclarecimento dos objetivos e questionamentos deste trabalho dar-se-á por meio de pesquisas em livros, artigos, ECA, Constituição Federal Brasileira e Código Penal, a fim de suscitar discussão e reflexão no leitor para que ele esteja ciente da complexidade do comportamento humano e como uma atitude drástica, como o abuso sexual de crianças, pode vitimar tal indivíduo para o resto de sua vida se intervenções não forem realizadas.

Abstract:
The present study aim analyze the disorders and traumas developed by the character Beatriz, victim-character of the book “O mistério das bonecas de porcelana” from Eneas Barros. Together with the work, the text was elaborated under the auspices of three areas of knowledge: legal, psychological and literature, the three being intrinsically connected to the develop of this study’s objective. Considering the multidisciplinary bias of the text between the law, the psychology and the literature, there will be pointed questions such as: which are the facets of the sexual abuse? Where the crimes committed on the book are defined as crimes? What is the existent relation between the sexual abuse and the development of the traumas of the book’s main character? The enlighten of this work’s objectives and questions will be made by means of researches on books, papers, Brazil’s Statute of the Child and Adolescent, Brazilian Federal Constitution and Criminal Code, in order to raise discussion and reflection on the reader so that he be aware of the complexity of human behaviour e how a drastic action, like sexual abuse against children, can leave scars until the end of a person’s life if interventions are not performed.
