AS MIDIAS COMO INSTRUMENTO DE CONHECIMENTO:AS TECNOLOGIAS DE INFORMAÇÃO E COMUNICAÇÃO(TICs) NO CURSO DE NIVEL SUPERIOR DE ADMINSITRAÇÃO OFERTADOS NAS MODALIDADES PRESENCIAL E EaD
este trabalho é fruto de uma pesquisa
qualitativa exploratória, que tem como objetivo
principal As mídias como instrumento de
conhecimento: as Tecnologias de Informação e
Comunicação (TICs) no curso de Nível Superior
de Administração ofertados nas modalidades
presencial e EaD, na percepção dos professores
e alunos. O estudo desta temática justifica-se
pela importância de obter informações através
de entrevista e questionários, de como é o uso
das tecnologias, e quais as ferramentas são
oferecidas, quais são usadas pelos professores
os alunos. Essas tecnologias permitem discutir
dúvidas no curso presencial de administração,
bem como fazer a interação entre alunos e
professores no ensino a distância. As TICs
têm surgido numa velocidade e rotatividade
altíssima, proporcionando um ensino à distância
de qualidade através das tecnologias e seus
dispositivos de informação virtual, servem
de facilitadoras para o ensino presencial.
Ao analisar as Tecnologias de Informação e
Comunicação nas modalidades do ensino
presencial e distância no curso de nível superior
de Administração, tanto os alunos como os
professores que foram entrevistados citam o
papel dessas ferramentas como propulsor da
integração entre o professor-aluno, isso faz que
o aluno se sinta seguro

Abstract:
This work is the result of an
exploratory qualitative research that has as
main objective the media as an instrument of
knowledge: Information and Communication
Technologies (ICTs) in the course of Higher Level
of Administration offered in the classroom and
EaD modalities, in the teachers’ perception and
students. The study of this theme is justified by
the importance of obtaining information through
interviews and questionnaires, how is the use of
technologies, and what tools are offered, which
are used by teachers and students. These
technologies allow to discuss doubts in the
face-to-face course of administration, as well as
to make the interaction between students and
teachers in distance learning. ICTs have emerged
at a high speed and turnover, providing quality
distance education through technologies and
their virtual information devices, as facilitators
for face-to-face teaching. In analyzing the
Information and Communication Technologies
in the modalities of face-to-face teaching and distance learning in the upper-level course of Administration, both the students and
the teachers who were interviewed cite the role of these tools as a driver of integration
between the teacher-student, this causes or the student feels safe.
