AS METODOLOGIAS ATIVAS NO ENSINO TÉCNICO EM ENFERMAGEM: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA
Introdução: No atual contexto de ensino técnico em enfermagem, com o intuito de superar tendências pedagógicas tradicionais voltadas para uma formação técnica, as metodologias ativas de ensino e aprendizagem tem ganho, de forma gradual, destaque cada vez mais relevante neste cenário, pois, considerando as necessidades de uma sociedade em constante desenvolvimento, faz-se necessária a reflexão acerca das propostas pedagógicas da contemporaneidade. Objetivo: identificar, por meio de evidências literárias, quais estratégias são utilizadas para se aplicar as metodologias ativas de ensino e aprendizagem no ensino técnico em enfermagem. Método: Trata o presente de Revisão Integrativa da Literatura, realizada mediante à seis etapas: Pergunta de pesquisa, busca na literatura e estabelecimento de critérios de inclusão e exclusão, coleta de dados, análise de dados, discussão dos resultados e apresentação da versão final da Revisão. As bases de dados utilizadas para a realização da busca dos artigos foram Literatura Latino-Americana em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis And Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) e Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO). Foram incluídos artigos originais, nos idiomas inglês e português. Resultados: Foram constituídas três categorias analíticas, a saber: Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas (PBL), Sala de Aula Invertida e Aprendizagem Baseada em Equipes (TBL). Considerações finais: O contexto atual do ensino técnico em enfermagem, no tocante das estratégias de ensino e aprendizagem, está em constante evolução. Porém, por se tratar de metodologias ativas, temática central do presente artigo, evidenciou-se o uso de três principais que, paralelo ao cenário técnico, são comumente utilizadas no ensino superior. Sugere-se, diante disso, novas pesquisas para ampliar os horizontes e proporcionar apropriações acerca dos benefícios das metodologias ativas de ensino e aprendizagem na sociedade moderna.

Abstract:
Introduction. In the context of technical learning of relevant teaching, as a current teaching methodology for a more relevant technical training of learning, the current teaching methodology for a more relevant technical training of learning in this context, stands out more and more in a scenario scenario, because, considering the needs of a society in constant development, it is necessary to reflect on the pedagogical proposals of contemporaneity. Objective: to identify, through registered applications, which strategies are used to see themselves as active teaching and learning methodologies in technical education in nursing. Method: It deals with the present Integrative Literature Review, carried out in stages: Question, search in the literature and establishment of inclusion and inclusion, through data collection, data analysis, discussion of the results and presentation of the final version of the Review. The databases used to search for articles were: Latin American Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis And Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Original articles in English and Portuguese were included. Results: Three categories of categories were constituted, namely: Problem-Based Analytical Learning (PBL), Flipped Classroom and Team-Based Learning (TBL). Final considerations: The current context of technical education in nursing, regarding teaching and learning strategies, is constantly evolving. However, as they are active methodologies, thematically central to this article, the use of three main ones was evidenced, which, parallel to the technical scenario, are commonly used in higher education. Therefore, further research is suggested to broaden horizons and provide insights into the benefits of active teaching and learning methodologies in modern society.
