AS LEIS 10639/2008 E 11645/2008 E A EDUCAÇÃO DAS RELAÇÕES ÉTNICORACIAIS NA LICENCIATURA EM GEOGRAFIA
A cultura negra e a cultura indígena, em geral, ainda são consideradas folclore no currículo escolar, e a história dos povos indígenas e do povo negro não é relatada como exemplo de luta pela cidadania, mas apenas de submissão e inferioridade. Na tentativa de amenizar a situação, alguns professores apenas comentam a questão no Dia da Abolição da Escravatura, no Dia da Consciência Negra, ou mesmo no Dia do Índio. Todavia, a cultura negra e a cultura indígena deveriam ser uma parte muito importante de todo o currículo nacional, pois são a base da formação do Brasil como uma nação. A disciplina: Projeto Integrado de Pesquisa e Prática Pedagógica - PIPE tem em sua ementa que é formado por um “Conjunto de atividades de caráter teórico e prático, voltado para a compreensão de práticas educativas que se conectam com os conteúdos específicos dos currículos do curso de Geografia”; usando destes argumentos de se valorizar a pesquisa e o ensino, permitindo ao mesmo tempo uma reflexão sobre a prática pedagógica, foi elaborada uma proposta para que o PIPE 6, no ano de 2016, focasse nas Leis Federais 10639/2003 e 11645/2008. Este artigo continua a discussão de como esta proposta foi desenvolvida ao longo do semestre letivo, e como foi possível abordar as questões étnico-raciais na formação inicial do futuro professor de Geografia.

Abstract:
Black culture and indigenous culture, in general, are still considered folklore in the school curriculum, and the history of indigenous peoples and black people is not reported as an example of the struggle for citizenship, but only of submission and inferiority. In an attempt to alleviate the situation, some teachers only comment on the issue on the Day of the Abolition of Slavery, on the Day of Black Consciousness, or even on the Day of the Indian. However, black culture and indigenous culture should be a very important part of the entire national curriculum, as they are the basis for the formation of Brazil as a nation. The discipline: Integrated Research and Pedagogical Practice Project - PIPE has in its syllabus that it is formed by a “Set of activities of a theoretical and practical nature, aimed at understanding educational practices that connect with the specific contents of the curriculum of the course of Geography"; Using these arguments of valuing research and teaching, while allowing a reflection on pedagogical practice, a proposal was prepared for PIPE 6, in 2016, to focus on Federal Laws 10639/2003 and 11645/2008. This article continues the discussion of how this proposal was developed throughout the semester, and how it was possible to address ethnic-racial issues in the initial training of the future Geography teacher.
