Abstract: This paper presents an analysis of the images in the video clip "Silêncio", by the singer Emicida, emphasizing its mobilizing and reflexivity potential. Based on Van Sijll (2017), I traced a cinematographic narrative, including highlighting the strategies used in the construction of each scene with moving images. Furthermore, in order to probe what the images suggest, I resorted to the teachings of Alloa (2015) and, following Mitchell (2015) and Rancière (2015), I conjectured probable desires of each one of them, while I proposed questions, in order to expand the reflections on such visual artifice that integrates the work.
