• Abstract: Introduction: One of the reasons for low vaccination coverage may be associated with misinformation or lack of information. With that in mind, the PET-Saúde: Management and Assistance of Pontal do Araguaia project decided to develop and disseminate booklets, folders and comics to increase access to information about childhood vaccination in the municipality and region. Objectives: The objective of this work was to create a comic strip for children and young people about the importance of vaccination, in order to inform and encourage childhood vaccination in primary care in the municipality of Pontal do Araguaia/MT, in order to prevent diseases and providing a promotion strategy for adherence to immunization in general. Material and Methods: To create the visuals for the comic, the Canva software was used due to its ease of use and ability to generate attractive and colorful illustrations. Illustrations have been carefully selected to reinforce each story's message and ensure understanding of key vaccination-related concepts. Results: Through a clear and inviting language, the Comic Book makes use of playful resources to encourage parents and children to get vaccinated. Discussion: Through innovative and creative campaigns, comics can be used as a tool to raise awareness and mobilize the population, highlighting the importance of immunization and its benefits for collective health. Final Thoughts: The comic has proven to be a highly effective approach to transmit information about vaccination to children.
