AS GEOTECNOLOGIAS NA FORMAÇÃO DO PROFESSOR DE GEOGRAFIA DESENVOLVIMENTO DO PENSAMENTO ESPACIAL SOBRE O MUNICÍPIO DE MARABÁ, PARÁ
A pesquisa tem como objetivo trabalhar com as geotecnologias para criar prognósticos que ajudem em novas metodologias para o ensino de Geografia. A metodologia da pesquisa é de caráter qualitativo com aplicação de questionários aos professores de Geografia sobre o uso das geotecnologias em suas ações. Posteriormente, os dados foram analisados e tabulados para criação de gráficos quantitativos. Como resultado, 40 professores de Geografia tiveram contato e formação com o uso das geotecnologias, além da elaboração de gráficos que permitiram observar o contexto atual dos professores de Geografia na cidade de Marabá (PA) relacionado a esse tema. Concluiu-se que o trabalho pode fortalecer a identidade do professor, além de melhorar seu preparo para o exercício da docência.

Abstract:
The research aims to work with geotechnologies in the search to create prognoses that help in new methodologies for teaching Geography. The research methodology is of a qualitative nature with the application of questionnaires to teachers of Geography on the use of geotechnologies in their actions. Subsequently, the data were analyzed and tabulated to create quantitative graphs. As a result, there was the participation of forty Geography teachers, where they had contact and training with the use of geotechnologies, in addition to the elaboration of graphics that allowed observing the current context of Geography teachers in the city of Marabá (PA) related to this theme. It was concluded that the work can strengthen the teacher's identity, in addition to improving their preparation for teaching.
