AS DIFICULDADES VIVENCIADAS PELOS EX-APENADOS NA INSERÇÃO AO MERCADO DE TRABALHO
O objetivo desse artigo é expor as dificuldades vivenciadas pelos ex-apenados na reintegração ao mercado de trabalho, de modo que evidencia a busca pela ressocialização e o retorno a uma vida comum, na luta contra o preconceito social e o retorno ao mundo do crime. A ressocialização por meio do trabalho poderá contribuir na diminuição dos problemas de superlotação nos presídios, de modo a reduzir consubstancialmente a reincidência, além disso, garante a subsistência desses apenados após o reingresso a sociedade. O Estado atua como defensor da dignidade da pessoa humana e deve facilitar esta reinserção, de modo que garanta a esses indivíduos um novo recomeço e uma vida digna.

Abstract:
The objective of this article is to expose the difficulties experienced by ex-prisoners on their reintegration into the labor market, in a way that highlights the search for resocialization and the return to a common life, in the fight against social prejudice and the return to the world of crime. Resocialization through work can contribute to reducing the problems of overcrowding in the prisons, so that it doesn’t allow the relapse, moreover, it guarantees the subsistence of these prisoners after re-entry into society. The State acts as a defender of the dignity of the human person and should facilitate this reintegration, so as to guarantee these people a new beginning and a dignified life.
