AS DIFICULDADES REFERENTES AO CUIDADO E OS RECURSOS ADAPTATIVOS UTILIZADOS PELOS CUIDADORES DOS PACIENTES COM DOENÇA MENTAL: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Com o intuito de inserir, novamente,
a pessoa com doença mental à sociedade,
os profissionais de saúde buscam se adaptar
e capacitar sua forma de cuidado a fim de
garantir a acessibilidade desse indivíduo, assim
como de quem os cercam, como familiares e
cuidadores, nesse sentido, pode-se perceber
a dificuldade que ainda há para alcançar
tais objetivos e relacionar todo esse campo,
profissionais, família e paciente, com a melhora
e qualidade de vida biopsicossocial da pessoa
com doença mental. Essa pesquisa teve como
objetivo descrever a experiência vivenciada
por acadêmicos do curso de Enfermagem
durante aulas práticas da disciplina de Saúde
Mental I, dentro do grupo familiar, realizado no
CAPS II. O estudo foi feito por acadêmicos de
enfermagem da Universidade do Estado do
Pará em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial
(CAPS II), no município de Santarém. Os
acadêmicos puderam visualizar um déficit
no prontuário no que diz respeito a ações de
educação em saúde envolvendo os cuidadores
ou familiares dos pacientes com doença mental,
logo, o grupo se subdividiu em temáticas que
abordassem esse grupo para conscientiza-los.
O grupo pode compreender que determinados
acontecimentos não ocorriam apenas em
um foco do grupo, mas sim na maioria dos
participantes daquele dia e tais fatos puderam
ser discutidos e refletidos pelos acadêmicos e
pelo grupo que discorriam sobre as temáticas
escolhida. Ao final da dinâmica, o grupo obteve
êxito nos objetivos propostos, conseguindo transmitir o conhecimento e compreender
a educação em saúde como forma de aprendizado.

Abstract:
In order to reintegrate the person with mental illness into society, health
professionals seek to adapt and train their way of care in order to guarantee the
accessibility of this individual, as well as those around them, such as family members
and caregivers, in this sense, it is possible to perceive the difficulty that still exists to
reach such objectives and to relate the whole field, professionals, family and patient,
with the biopsychosocial improvement and quality of life of the person with mental
illness. This research had as objective to describe the experience lived by students of
the Nursing course during practical classes of the discipline of Mental Health I, within
the family group, realized in CAPS II. The study was carried out by nursing academics
from the State University of Pará at a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS II), in the city
of Santarém. The academics were able to visualize a deficit in the medical record
regarding health education actions involving caregivers or relatives of patients with
mental illness, so the group was subdivided into themes that approached this group
to raise awareness. The group may understand that certain events occurred not only
in a group focus, but in most of the participants of that day, and such facts could
be discussed and reflected by the academics and the group discussing the topics
chosen. At the end of the dynamics, the group succeeded in the proposed objectives,
succeeding in transmitting knowledge and understanding health education as a way of
learning.
