AS CONTRIBUIÇÕES E DESAFIOS DO PROJETO DE CONSTELAÇÃO FAMILIAR SISTÊMICA DA EEFM JOÃO MATTOS A OUTRAS ESCOLAS DE EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA DO CEARÁ.
Este artigo tem como objetivo avaliar as contribuições do Projeto de Constelação Familiar da
Escola de Ensino Fundamental e Médio (EEFM) João Mattos e sua expansão a outras escolas de
Educação Básica. O projeto acontece desde outubro de 2016, uma vez por mês atendendo
sistematicamente a alunos. Trata-se da proposta de diagnóstico e de um processo de
reorganização e equilíbrio dentro dos sistemas aos quais pertencemos, tendo a família como a
base de seu investimento terapêutico. Em maio de 2019 o projeto passou a atender os
familiares dos discentes. A partir dos resultados obtidos com alunos da escola, da divulgação
em eventos da Secretaria de Educação do Ceará (SEDUC) e publicações com relatos de
experiências o projeto se expandiu para mais unidades de ensino. Essa expansão contou com a
colaboração de consteladores voluntários que já participam de projetos semelhantes como o
Programa Olhares e Fazeres Sistêmicos que acontece no Fórum Judiciário de Fortaleza. A
pesquisa teve como sustentação uma revisão bibliográfica com foco na experiência empírica
em escolas públicas do ensino médio e na compreensão da teoria das Constelações Familiares
Sistêmicas desenvolvida por Bert Hellinger e da Pedagogia Sistêmica de Marianne Franke-
Gricksch. Foram analisadas três escolas que aderiram ao projeto. A investigação foi de
natureza qualitativa/descritiva, fazendo uso da investigação-ação com o estudo de caso,
usando os instrumentais de coleta de dados: entrevistas, observação sistemática e
participante. Os resultados apontaram experiências positivas com a constelação na resolução
de conflitos familiares, relações interpessoais e nos sistemas escolares. Os desafios apontados
pelas escolas consiste no acompanhamento dos alunos que constelaram e na expansão a
outras escolas.

Abstract:
This article aims to evaluate the contributions of the João Mattos EEFM Family Constellation
Project and its expansion to other Basic Education schools. The project happens since October
of 2016, once in the month attending systematically to students. It is the proposal of diagnosis,
and a process of reorganization and balance within the systems to which we belong, with the
family as the basis of its therapeutic investment. In May 2019 the project began to serve the
families of the students, and from the results obtained with students of the school, the
dissemination in events of SEDUC and publications with reports of experiences the project
expanded to more teaching units. This expansion counted on the collaboration of volunteer
constellators who already participate in similar projects as the Program Looks and Systemic
Making that happens in the Forum of Fortaleza. The research was supported by a
bibliographical review focusing on the empirical experience and the understanding of the
Systemic Family Constellation theory developed by Bert Hellinger and the systemic pedagogy
of Marianne Franke-Gricksch. Three schools that participated in the project were analyzed. The
research was qualitative / descriptive, making use of action research with the case study, using
the instruments of data collection: interviews, systematic observation and participant. The
results showed positive experiences with the constellation in solving family conflicts,
interpersonal relationships and in school systems. The challenges pointed out by the schools
are the accompaniment of the students who constellated and the expansion to other schools.
