Abstract: This research concerns working conditions, challenges and consequences caused by the new coronavirus (SARS-Cov-2). The new coronavirus is a species of virus scientifically called Sars-CoV, which causes a potentially serious acute respiratory infection, highly transmissible and globally distributed. The appearance of the disease resulted in a pandemic popularly known as the Covid-19 pandemic, transforming the lives of people and workers, especially in the health sector, thus, this research studies this movement, with special attention to the Nursing category. The objective is to analyze the working conditions of nursing professionals in the fight against Covid-19. Know the working conditions of nursing professionals in times of the Covid-19 pandemic. Identify the hiring modalities and relationships established between employer and nursing professional in times of the covid-19 pandemic. The research consists of a bibliographic, documentary study of a qualitative nature. In total, bibliographic materials were used, including articles, theses, periodicals and public domain data related to the theme proposed by the study. The Covid-19 pandemic brought visibility to precarious working conditions, new hiring modalities, and the vulnerability of nursing workers who perform their duties, facing insecurity when dealing with the emergence of unexpected illnesses. The period of the Covid-19 pandemic left tragic marks throughout the world, also declaring the harsh reality of a battle for the category of healthcare workers, particularly Nursing. The working conditions of Nursing during the Covid-19 pandemic, explained here, exposed the exhaustion and suffering of these professionals.
