AS CONDIÇÕES AMBIENTAIS INFLUENCIAM A PRODUÇÃO DE ÓLEO E PROTEÍNA NA SOJA?
Exclusivamente a carga genética inerente à soja é a única responsável pela alta variabilidade de teores de óleo e proteína nas diferentes cultivares ao redor do mundo? Ou, fatores como: localização geográfica, época de semeadura, temperatura, umidade, radiação solar e suprimentos de Nitrogênio (N) e Potássio (K), são tão importantes como os fatores genéticos? Neste sentido, o objetivo do presente trabalho é realizar uma ampla revisão bibliográfica sobre a influência das condições ambientais na produção de óleo e proteína na soja. Pode-se verificar a relação existente entre o ambiente e os teores de óleo e proteína na soja. Dependendo das condições ambientais esta inter-relação pode ser positiva ou negativa.

Abstract:
Is it exclusively that the genetic load inherent to soy is uniquely responsible for the high variability of oil and protein contents between different cultivars around the world? Or, factors such as: geographic location, sowing time, temperature, humidity, solar radiation and supplies of Nitrogen (N) and Potassium (K), are as important as genetic factors? In this sense, the objective of the present is to carry out a wide bibliographic review on the influence of environmental conditions on the production of oil and protein in soybeans. One can verify the relationship between the environment and the levels of oil and protein in soy. Depending on the environmental conditions, this interrelation can be positive or negative.
