AS CONCEPÇÕES DE ALMA EM AVICENA E O QUE SE SUCEDE DO “EXPERIMENTO MENTAL DO HOMEM SUSPENSO NO AR”.
Neste artigo, analiso a teoria da
alma de Avicena em sua obra “Kitab al-nafs"
(Livro da alma). Assim, busco alcançar sua
primeira indicação da substancialidade da alma
(nafs), apresentada no primeiro capítulo de sua
obra. Para isso, decorro acerca das limitações
nas concepções de alma, apontadas por
Avicena, enquanto forma, perfeição e faculdade
estando ligadas à Aristóteles, segundo o
árabe. Em sequência, analiso o experimento
mental do homem suspenso no ar, indicando
a independência da alma ao corpo, por meio
da atividade supositiva de autorreflexão,
permitida à substância possuidora de alma
racional. Por fim, discutirei sobre imortalidade,
independência, individuação e transmigração
das almas, além de decorrer acerca de como
se dá a união do corpo e da alma, temas
relacionados e pertinentes em Avicena.

Abstract:
In this article, I analize the
Avicenna’s soul theory in your work “Kitab alnafs".
Like this, I walk your first indication of the
substanciality of soul (nafs), in the first chapter
of your book. For this, I talk about of limitations
of soul conceptions while form, perfection and
faculty, linked to Aristoteles, according to arabic.
In sequence, I analize the thought experimented
of the man’s suspended in air, indicating the
independence of the soul to the body, by means
of self-awareness supository activity, allowed
to substance that had rational soul. For end,
let’s talk about immortality, independence,
individuation and transmigration of the souls,
besides how it happens the union between
body and soul, related and relevant topics in
Avicenna.
