AS COMPETÊNCIAS DO EGRESSO EM ENGENHARIA DE PRODUÇÃO PARA DESENVOLVER UM PLANO DE NEGÓCIOS
O Brasil é considerado um país
bastante empreendedor, esse feito cada
vez mais evidencia a necessidade de um
planejamento elaborado pela parte do
empreendedor, para viabilizar seu sucesso.
Para realizar o planejamento de um novo
empreendimento existem algumas ferramentas,
uma delas é o plano de negócios que permite
avaliar a viabilidade econômica e financeira
do projeto. Este trabalho tem como principal
objetivo relacionar os componentes curriculares
abordados conforme Projeto Pedagógico do
Curso (PPC) de Engenharia de Produção da
UNIPAMPA campus Bagé com o conhecimento
necessário para elaborar um Plano de Negócios
no modelo do SEBRAE. Os resultados
demonstram que o egresso deste curso tem
conhecimentos para desenvolver este plano
de negócios. O conhecimento para realizar a
análise operacional é o maior diferencial de um
engenheiro de produção para elaborar planos
de negócios, pois está área é uma temática
abordada em diversas disciplinas no curso de
engenharia de produção.

Abstract:
Brazil is considered a very
entrepreneurial country, this done more and
more evidences the necessity of a planning
elaborated by the part of the entrepreneur, to
enable its success. To carry out the planning
of a new venture there are some tools, one
of them is the business plan that allows to
evaluate the economic and financial feasibility
of the project. This work has as main objective
to relate the curricular components addressed
according to the Pedagogical Project of the
Production Engineering Course (PPC) of the
UNIPAMPA Campus Bagé with the necessary
knowledge to elaborate a Business Plan in the
SEBRAE model. The results demonstrate that
the graduate of this course has the knowledge
to develop this business plan. The knowledge to
carry out the operational analysis is the greatest
differential of a production engineer to elaborate
business plans, since this area is a subject
approached in several disciplines in the course
of production engineering.
