AS CENTRAIS SINDICAIS BRASILEIRAS E SEU FINANCIAMENTO À LUZ DAS INOVAÇÕES DA LEI Nº 11.648/2008 E DA LEI N° 13.467/2017: uma releitura de T.H. Marshall a partir da proposição de uma cidadania sindical
Trata-se de artigo cujo objeto de estudo se consubstancia nas centrais sindicais brasileiras e no seu financiamento, especialmente a partir das inovações da Lei nº 11.648/2008 e da Lei nº 13.467/2017, trazendo também a proposição de uma cidadania sindical a partir da releitura de T. H. Marshall. Para tanto, inicia-se com uma abordagem histórica sobre o sistema sindical brasileiro, com enfoque posterior na atual disciplina legal a respeito das centrais. Após, discute-se a cidadania na obra de Marshall e sua conexão com o sistema sindical brasileiro. Propugna-se, por fim, pela construção do que se intitulou como cidadania sindical, descrevendo sua correlação com o sistema sindical e seu custeio no Brasil dos dias atuais.

Abstract:
It is an article whose object of study is the Brazilian trade union centrals and their financing, especially from the innovations of the law 11.648/2008 and the law 13.467/2017, bringing the proposition of a trade union citizenship by a release of T. H. Marshall´s work. Therefore, the article uses the historical context of the Brazilian syndical system, with a focus on the current legal discipline about trade unions. Afterwards, citizenship in Marshall's work and its connection with the Brazilian trade union system are discussed. Finally, it is proposed the construction of what is called syndical citizenship, describing its correlation with the syndical system and its cost in Brazil today.
