Abstract: The school supervisor is extremely important for the organization and quality of education. Since he is the articulator, coordinator and stimulator of actions, that is, he is one of the main responsible for the collective space for discussion that forms within the school environment. The theme of inclusion has entered the educational sphere in the last two decades and has been expanding significantly among education professionals, from teachers to supervisors. Thus, understanding its role in the school environment becomes the central point of this research, considering that it focuses on observing inclusive education.
