AS ATRIBUIÇÕES DO PEDAGOGO MILITAR: DESAFIOS, LIMITES E POSSIBILIDADES
Os pedagogos das instituições militares, são formados em instituições civis e iniciam o trabalho docente em um espaço com culturas próprias, que tem seu próprio código de honra. Ressaltasse a importância de aprofundar os estudos sobre a docência nessa esfera, pois existe escassez de pesquisas, e a cada ano, cresce o número de professores civis que se tornam militares temporários ou de carreira, e pouco se sabe antes de sua inserção neste campo. Objetivou-se, nesse estudo, analisar o papel do pedagogo em uma instituição de ensino superior militar. A escolha metodológica para a investigação recaiu sobre um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa. O local da Pesquisa foi a Academia da Força Aérea (AFA), localizado em Pirassununga, interior de São Paulo. Os dados foram coletados através de entrevista semiestruturada, possibilitando um contato direto com a realidade à luz daqueles que a vivenciam. O sujeito da pesquisa foi uma pedagoga que trabalha na Divisão de Ensino da instituição militar em foco. Os resultados demonstraram, contudo, que são múltiplas as funções desempenhadas pelos pedagogos militares, não se limitando apenas a uma dimensão da pedagogia, indo desde a gestão até a docência, dentre outras atribuições militares inerentes a profissão.

Abstract:
The educators of military institutions are trained in civil institutions and start teaching in an environment with their own cultures, which has its own code of honor. We emphasized the importance of deepening teaching studies in this environment, as there is a shortage of research, and each year, the number of civilian teachers who become temporary military personnel or career military personnel increases, and we don`t know so much about it before their insertion in this environment. This study aim is to anilyse the Pedagogue’s role in a military higher education institution. The methodological choice was a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach.The research venue was the Academia da Força Aerea (AFA), located in Pirassununga city, in the countryside of São Paulo State. The data collection happened trhough semistructured interview, what makes possible a direct contact with the reality through the eyes of those whom are engaged in the process.The investigation subject is a Pegague who works in the Teaching Division of the military institution. The resuts show that the Military Pedagogue have multiple roles, not only in the pedagogy dimension, but from the manegement to teaching too, between other inherent military tasks.
