AS AÇÕES EDUCACIONAIS DO GOVERNO FEDERAL DE INCLUSÃO PARA ALUNOS SURDOS NO ENSINO REGULAR: E AS IMPLICAÇÕES SOCIOESPACIAIS.
A educação inclusiva é um dos
temas que mais discutido dentro do âmbito
educacional, devido a sua relevância e seus
desafios impostos pela sociedade. Este artigo
tem como objetivo propor uma reflexão e
consequentemente uma discursão acerca dos
direitos dos surdos, considerando sua inclusão
tanto dentro do processo educacional, quanto
de construção da sociedade. Buscando analisar
o cumprimento efetivo dos direitos dos surdos,
fez-se uma leitura das leis que os ampara e, por
meio desta, avaliar o processo de inclusão que
proporciona a interação e a comunicação destes
alunos com o mundo exterior. O estudo está
orientado de acordo com os marcos legais que
norteiam a acessibilidade dos surdos, a partir da
democratização da educação e do cumprimento
das diretrizes e bases estabelecidas nas leis.

Abstract:
Inclusive education is one of the
topics most discussed within the educational
field, due to its relevance and its challenges
imposed by society. This article aims to propose
a reflection and consequently a discourse
about the rights of the deaf, considering their
inclusion both within the educational process
and the construction of society. seekimg out
analyze effective compliance of rights of deaf,
it was made a reading of the laws that support
them and, by means of this one, to evaluate
the process of inclusion that provides the
interaction and the communication of these
students with the outside world. The study is
oriented according to the legal frameworks that
guide the accessibility of the deaf, from the
democratization of education and compliance
with the guidelines and bases established in the
laws.
