No instável e incerto cenário

contemporâneo, a cada dia novas são as

dificuldades e também as oportunidades,

exigindo novas soluções e interações

entre conhecimentos, demandando novas

abordagens e formas de pensamento. Em uma

integração transdisciplinar entre Arteterapia

e Engenharia, este artigo traz a proposta

‘ArtEngenharia’, que levanta sua estrutura

explorando a arte enquanto linguagem simbólica

e transformadora, e a engenharia como

referencial analógico. A ‘ArtEngenharia’ vem se

construindo como proposta de desenvolvimento

humano pessoal e organizacional, em contextos

diversos como o empresarial, o institucional e o

educacional, e revelando também significativo

potencial de contribuição com a gestão do

conhecimento. Nesta construção, projetos

específicos vem sendo elaborados e aplicados

no formato de atendimentos individuais,

palestras interativas, workshops e programas

contínuos, propondo a Arteterapia como recurso

construtivo significativo no desenvolvimento

dos projetos da engenharia da mente humana

bem como na gestão dos seus conhecimentos.

Abstract:
In the unstable and uncertain

contemporary setting, every new day are the

difficulties and also the opportunities, requiring

new solutions and interactions between

knowledge, requiring new approaches and ways

of thinking. In a transdisciplinary integration

between art therapy and engineering, this article

brings the proposal ‘ArtEngenharia’, which

raises its structure exploring art as symbolic and

transformative language, and engineering as

analog reference. The ‘ArtEngenharia’ has been

built as proposed personal and organizational

human development in several contexts such

as corporate, institutional and educational, and also revealing significant potential to

contribute to the management of knowledge. In this construction, specific projects are

being developed and applied in individual consultations format, interactive lectures,

workshops and ongoing programs, proposing the Art Therapy as a meaningful

constructive resource in the development of engineering projects of the human mind

and the management of their knowledge.
