ARTE-EDUCAÇÃO: ARTICULAÇÕES ENTRE ENSINO E EXTENSÃO NA UNEMAT, CAMPUS UNIVERSITÁRIO DE JUARA/MT
O presente trabalho tem como intencionalidade relatar experiências vivenciadas nas atividades do projeto de extensão, “Artes Plásticas no Campus com a Comunidade: pintando e transformando realidades”, uma atividade extensionista que tem como principal objetivo articular o ensino, pesquisa e extensão. Assim, as atividades aqui relatadas foram desenvolvidas com orientações teóricas sobre a arte na educação e oficina com técnicas de artes trabalhadas com as/os acadêmicas/os da UNEMAT, campus Universitário de Juara, comunidade externa e indígenas da Terra Indígena Apiaká-Kayabi. As artes plásticas tem relevância na educação brasileira e mundial, pois se apresenta como um elemento de humanização, cidadania e ética, além de propiciar a manifestação de varias formas de pensar. Portanto, o objetivo do projeto foi possibilitar aos/as participantes a compreensão da arte como uma forma de conhecer a realidade cultural que nos rodeia, principalmente o bioma matogrossense, além de propiciar subsídios para a realização de atividades de artes plásticas com as comunidades indígenas da região, visto que a LDB 9394/96 estabelece a obrigatoriedade do ensino de artes como componente curricular na Educação Básica, assim como a Lei 11.645/08 que regulamenta a obrigatoriedade do Ensino da História e Cultura Afro-brasileira e Indígena em todos os níveis de ensino. Os resultados obtidos foram significativos, pois despertou o interesse das/dos participantes para o trabalho com as artes plásticas e também possibilitou a compreensão da arte como linguagem, como uma ferramenta de expressão e criação de significados e sentidos de seus sentimentos e emoções, assim como os intercâmbios culturais com as comunidades indígenas.

Abstract:
The present work intends to report experiences lived in the activities of the extension project, “Plastic Arts on Campus with the Community: painting and transforming realities”, an extension activity whose main objective is to articulate teaching, research and extension. Thus, the activities reported here were developed with theoretical guidance on art in education and a workshop with art techniques worked with UNEMAT academics, Juara University campus, external community and indigenous people from the Apiaká-Kayabi Indigenous Land. Plastic arts have relevance in Brazilian and worldwide education, as they present themselves as an element of humanization, citizenship and ethics, in addition to providing the expression of various ways of thinking. Therefore, the objective of the project was to enable the participants to understand art as a way of getting to know the cultural reality that surrounds us, especially the Mato Grosso biome, in addition to providing subsidies for the realization of plastic arts activities with the indigenous communities of the region. region, since LDB 9394/96 establishes the obligation of teaching arts as a curricular component in Basic Education, as well as Law 11.645/08 which regulates the obligation of Teaching Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous History and Culture at all levels of education. teaching. The results obtained were significant, as it aroused the interest of the participants in working with the visual arts and also made it possible to understand art as a language, as a tool for expressing and creating meanings and senses of their feelings and emotions, as well as cultural exchanges with indigenous communities.
