Arranjos Produtivos Locais e Dimensão Cultural: Uma Revisão Sistemática
As aglomerações de empresas têm despertado o interesse de pesquisadores e formuladores de políticas, dadas as suas particularidades e desempenhos, em comparação com os negócios que não se localizam em aglomerações. Esse interesse ocorre, em parte, pelos resultados dos desempenhos satisfatórios que são obtidos pelas empresas participantes das aglomerações, e pelos níveis alcançados no desenvolvimento das localidades nas quais os aglomerados se instalam. O Arranjo Produtivo Local – APL é um agente para o desenvolvimento de localidades, dada sua capacidade de impactar as dimensões do desenvolvimento local, por meio de ações potencializadoras ou inibidoras. O desenvolvimento local é contribuinte da melhoria da qualidade de vida das regiões, a partir de interferências em várias dimensões, quais sejam, espacial, cultural, política, institucional, social, econômica e ambiental. A dimensão cultural é formada pelos valores que os atores participantes dos arranjos manifestam e interferem profundamente no desenvolvimento do APL a da região inscrita a ele. A proposta deste estudo é realizar uma revisão sistemática dos trabalhos entre 2009-2014, no portal de periódicos da CAPES (COORDENAÇÃO DE APERFEIÇOAMENTO DE PESSOAL DE NÍVEL SUPERIOR) com foco nos estudos que abordam APL e Dimensão Cultural. A revisão sistemática é um tipo de pesquisa que utiliza dados da literatura sobre um tema específico. Esse tipo de investigação disponibiliza uma síntese das evidências relacionadas a uma determinada estratégia de intervenção, por meio da aplicação de métodos explícitos e sistematizados de busca, apreciação crítica e resumo da informação selecionada. Não foram encontrados trabalhos com foco de discussão em APL e Dimensão Cultural.

Abstract:
Clusters of companies have attracted the interest of researchers and policy makers, given their particularities and performances, compared to businesses that are not located in clusters. This interest occurs, in part, because of the results of the satisfactory performance that are obtained by the companies participating in the agglomerations, and by the levels reached in the development of the localities in which the agglomerations are installed. The Local Productive Arrangement – APL is an agent for the development of localities, given its ability to impact the dimensions of local development, through potentiating or inhibiting actions. Local development contributes to improving the quality of life in the regions, based on interference in various dimensions, namely, spatial, cultural, political, institutional, social, economic and environmental. The cultural dimension is formed by the values that the actors participating in the arrangements manifest and deeply interfere in the development of the APL and the region registered to it. The purpose of this study is to carry out a systematic review of the works between 2009-2014, on the CAPES journal portal (COORDINATION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF HIGHER LEVEL STAFF) with a focus on studies that address APL and Cultural Dimension. A systematic review is a type of research that uses data from the literature on a specific topic. This type of investigation provides a synthesis of evidence related to a particular intervention strategy, through the application of explicit and systematic methods of search, critical appraisal and summary of the selected information. No research was found with a discussion focus on APL and Cultural Dimension.
