ARRANJO PRODUTIVO LEITEIRO COMO FORMA DE DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL E PRESERVAÇÃO AMBIENTAL DE UMA REGIÃO DO INTERIOR DO CEARÁ.
O objetivo desse estudo foi analisar
como o arranjo produtivo leiteiro de uma
comunidade rural do interior do Ceará contribui
para o seu desenvolvimento sustentável e
preservação ambiental. A pesquisa qualitativa,
de campo, foi realizada em uma comunidade rural
do Vale do Jaguaribe - CE com os produtores de
leite da região e com o proprietário da indústria
de beneficiamento de laticínio em outubro de
2018. Os dados coletados foram analisados por
meio da técnica de análise de conteúdo, onde
foi possível conhecer o processo produtivo do
presidente, as técnicas utilizadas no manejo
produtivo sustentável e ambientalmente
correto pelos produtores e a importância deste
formato produtivo para o desenvolvimento local
e regional. Os resultados evidenciaram que
este arranjo produtivo leiteiro é fundamental
para o desenvolvimento social, econômico e
ambiental local contribuindo sobremaneira para
a sustentabilidade regional.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to
analyze how the dairy production arrangement
of a rural community in the interior of Ceará
contributes to the growth and sustainable
development of the region. The field qualitative
research was carried out in a rural community
of Vale does Jaguaribe - CE with the dairy
producers of the region and with the owner of
the dairy industry in October 2018. The data
collected were analyzed using the technique of
content analysis, where it was possible to know
the productive process of the president, his techniques used and the importance of the
producers for the maintenance of the industry, because they are the ones who have the
raw material in hands that strengthens the arrangement and produces riches. The results
showed that this milk production arrangement is fundamental for local social, economic
and environmental development, contributing greatly to regional sustainability.
